Hello friends of the Black and White community! (I definitely need to find a new opening greeting soon).

I went out early to train today; sports are a fundamental part of my routine. Staying active and strong helps my mind rest as well. I find the mind-muscle connection fascinating—being able to truly control your body. In fact, I got so caught up in my thoughts while writing this that I missed my bus stop by five blocks!

Well, after walking back, training, and finishing my errands, I can finally sit down to publish today's series. I've been busy editing and uploading photos from the press event I mentioned earlier, and I'm exhausted. I hope you enjoy another day in my crazy Lima. This series is always made with lots of love and good vibes. Happy mid-week to everyone!

¡Hola, amigos de la comunidad en Blanco y Negro! (Definitivamente ya debo buscar otro saludo de inicio).

Hoy salí temprano a entrenar; el deporte es algo básico en mi rutina. Mantenerme activo y fuerte hace que mi mente también descanse. Me parece muy interesante esa conexión de mente con el músculo para poder manejar tu cuerpo... ¡jajaja! Por andar concentrado escribiendo esto, me pasé del paradero por cinco cuadras.

Bueno, después de caminar de regreso, entrenar y terminar mis asuntos, recién puedo sentarme a publicar mi serie. He estado editando y subiendo las fotos del evento de prensa que les comenté y estoy agotado. Así que espero que un día más en mi Lima alocada les guste. Esta serie siempre va con mucho cariño y buena onda. ¡Feliz mitad de semana para todos!
