The day that students and students have been waiting for to see and participate in ospek has finally arrived. This year many students and college students apply to the IAIN campus.
It is estimated that this year there will be 1200 new student djs, mostly women. For the past few years, this ospek activity could not be carried out because it was hindered by the Corona virus.
In previous years, all education was done with an online system, this was done to be protected from the Corona virus. And when it comes to accepting new students, the Lhokseumawe state Islamic institute of religion makes it online only.
Alhamdulillah, with the end of the Corona virus, education has become normal and the aspects of our campus have run as usual.
This ospek activity was carried out during the first 3 days of listening to lectures from the rector and other lecturers. For the second day, they were brought to the faculty for a test to read the Qur'an. Because the IAIN campus has religious education.
On the first day, new students must arrive on time, this is done by the committee so that no new participants are late. The implementation of this observation on our campus is often carried out in a multipurpose building because in this building it is easy to carry out inspection activities.
Regarding the perspective, we have experienced it both in junior high, high school and in college. In this aspect, we usually have friends with one school or one village, so it will be fun to follow it. On the other hand, if there are no relatives or friends, it will be a little awkward when in a group.
This is not a problem because here we will meet new friends and new experiences. So don't be afraid when you're in a group.
