Sunday afternoons became a free time to play when all the activities had been completed. That afternoon, we all gathered in an open field to fly a kite. We all know that flying a kite is a seasonal time and that only happens at a certain time. And today many who started flying kites returned to fill the school holidays.
That afternoon, the atmosphere was very supportive of flying kites in the mild breeze, many of whom had gathered and been here since the daytime. It is generally made of bamboo asa building material that is thinned and smoothed and then formed on each side with a rope that ties the pieces together. In turn, ropes were secured to form the character of the kite, the head of the balance and the tail of the wind rider. On the body part would cover it with paper smeared in glue on each bamboo frame and then as it dried up would be trimmed by cutting out the outside of the paper that felt more or less neatly in its shape.
