Last night I left the house wanting to buy chicken lontong satay, which was sold by a satay seller at a shop in our area, Aceh, friends of hive.
satay is a food made with meat either from chicken, beef, goat, meat cut into pieces and then pricked with a stick that has been sliced after that the satay is grilled or grilled using charcoal until cooked.
Lontong is made using rice, the way to make lontong is to take rice and put it in a banana leaf after that it is boiled with water until it is cooked.
while the visible peanuts are spices made as a complement to eating lontong satay, with peanut sauce it is delicious to eat satay.
as a complement, the satay is mixed with sweet soy sauce and soy sauce, fried onions for pleasure when eaten by people who like to eat satay, Hive's friends.
Satay was originally made by Indonesian-Javanese people so that satay can be made by many people around the world, all hive friends.
