Good Morning,
How has your weekend been? I have had a long weekend. I recently went to eat fried noodles at
Hong Bing Cafe Miri
Let's visit a restaurant that serves delicious fried noodles that is located in the heart of Miri. A place where you can revisit the golden times of the bygone eras. The atmosphere here is amazing. It's great at times to visit and support some of the older shops that have been in business for a long time.
Fried noodles for lunch
When the noodles came, it was still hot. I ordered the Char Kueh Tiaw with an egg at the top. I usually wait till I eat all the noodles before I get to the egg. The egg is usually half fried and the yolk is still semi-fluid in manner. That is the best part from my view. The cook usually heats up the wok till it gets very hot before frying the noodles. This gives it a unique burnt texture.
This restaurant has a long history. This was how restaurants used to look here in Miri but nowadays many have already modernized.
At the other tables, some customers were eating but not many. The chef was preparing our noodles. That is the part I love the most. Looking at him stir frying the noodles with high heat.
We ordered two plates of it. One for me and one for my wife.
The drinks section of the restaurant;
A plate of won ton with meat on the inside.
We enjoyed our meal. Happy Monday everyone. Thanks for spending your time reading my post.
Thank you very much for reading this post. Have a great day ahead.
