Hello everyone.π Cooking each time. My wife will cook food for me and her, which is spicy food. Because we like to eat spicy food. And my wife cooked food for the kids, which was not spicy food. This post is another story of the food my wife cooked. And it's spicy thai food made from some chemical free vegetables in the home garden. This dish is a spicy and sour clear soup with chicken. Thai people call it Tom Yum Kai.
What vegetables do she harvest from the home garden in spicy and sour soup with chicken? Let's go. My wife harvested several vegetables from the home garden to make this dish including : galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, lime, small tomato, coriander, culantro, celery, kaffir lime leaves and spring onion

Ingredients spicy and sour clear soup with chicken.
- chicken
- galangal
- lemongrass
- turmeric
- lime
- small tomato
- coriander

- mushroom
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- seasoning sauce
- cayenne pepper
- shallots
- onion
First put a pot on the stove and add water in a pot Then add the galangal, lemongrass and turmeric to the pot. And boil the water until it boils.
Then add the chicken in the pot and boil until the chicken is cooked.
Then add the chopped ββonion, shallot and kaffir lime leaves in the pot. Boil for a lightly.
Then add the mushrooms in the pot and boil until the mushrooms are cooked.
Add small tomatoes in the pot.
And add coriander, culantro and celery in the pot.
Season with lemon, cayenne pepper, seasoning and pork flavour seasoning powder. Boil for a lightly and turn off the stove.
Done, spicy and sour clear soup with chicken.
