Wednesday Walk - The Botanical Garden of Baguio City

One of the most beautiful place we visited was the Baguio Botanical Garden. I won't forget this place and one day if God allows me to visit with my family, I will be back and let my grandchildren experience to see the nature, peace and tranquility that will satisfy our well-being. It is a place a good choice if you want away from the messy city situation. Though it is already crowded sometimes according to the people as it became one of the center of attraction among nationals coming from other places of the country. It is not only the choice of the country people but also from the tourist around the world.

In 1910, during the American occupation to the Philippines, there was an architect urban planner named Daniel H. Burham established this place . It was intented for any kind of flora celebration full of relaxation that could be an educational purposes too.

The place was also called as Imelda Garden in Honor to our longest First Lady, Imelda Marcos in 1970. Then, it was also the place centered for the Centennial Celebration.

What I loved were the in dangered species within. We saw the Ifugao hut from the indigenous people around. Inside the place, I felt peace of mind watching the God's creation. The atmosphere was so cool different to what we have in our place.

For the transportation, it is accessible in any part of the city in terms of riding public transportation. Because, my cousin have car, we easily did our way to what places we wanted to visit.

The amazing God's wonderful creation that I been visited unexpectedly mark as one of the best travel I had this 2024.

Thank you! @asean.hive , #hiveph and @tattoodjay for #Wednesdaywalk
