Mom's 49th Birthday

A birthday is something to be celebrated, and it is a special day in our lives because it marks the anniversary of the person's birth. And today's year marks the 49th year of existence of my amazing momma. I hope she isn't getting too old since she is the best mother anyone could ask for, and I'm delighted we could all be together to celebrate her wonderful day.

n my momma's birthday, we planned to treat her early dinner, but suddenly her best friends would also want to take her out. Fortunately, it was a morning out with her best friends, and they got to have breakfast. Then we ask our momma that we will meet at Sm Seaside after bonding with her best friends. While me, my younger sister, and my brother will also meet my eldest sister after she is off from work, and would all meet at SM Seaside. Since our momma hasn't arrived yet, we bought a cake for her and searched for a restaurant to eat at. We decided to eat at Casa Verde. It was located on the Sky Park at SM Seaside City Cebu. It was my first time dining in Casa Verde, though I heard of this restaurant for several times. We ordered the Casa Verde Platter, coke and mango shake as drinks. The ambient is good and well-organized, the staff is very accommodating and they have fast service. They joined us in surprising our mother by singing her happy birthday, for which we are grateful.

After the early dinner, we went for a quick picture taking at the sky park, and we also wanted to digest the food from our tummy by taking a walk around the park. We also bought wine in the supermarket for ourselves to drink at home. There were lots of great food, laughter, and love. It was a wonderful time to spend with momma. The best part was the surprise birthday cake and surprise song that momma got to enjoy. She was so happy and surprised when she saw it and then the all of the staff in the restaurant sang her a happy birthday.
