Cuando recordamos al amigo, al hermano, a los padres, al compañero de trabajo, al escritor, al cantante lo traemos a nuestro presente con sus virtudes y/o defectos, llegando a nosotros como una referencia porque de alguna forma nos ha influido o impactado. Este recuerdo es la Marca Personal.
@danielvehe, quien se ha especializado en el tema de la marca personal, desde la comunidad [Be Entrepreneur] nos hace una interesante propuesta INICIATIVA: Así te Recuerdan - Marca Personal donde le diremos a otro hiver como lo recordamos. Entra al link, entérate de los pormenores y dale ese regalo, esa ofrenda de amor, como él lo describe, a esa persona que por su ser, hacer y los valores que te ha aportado llega a tu mente como un referente.
Mi Hiver Recordada
Al leer la iniciativa la primera persona que se me vino a la mente fue @miriannalis y con ella la disyuntiva de si hacer el post con una clara tendencia hacia su ser o enfocarme en su hacer. Respiré profundo y me dije:
—Somos seres integrales, es todo de todo, es su huella completa, lo que ha dejado en mí— y de esta forma todo fluyó fácilmente dentro de esa mezcolanza de lo que somos.
La primera vez que supe de la comunidad @holos-lotus fue por la iniciativa “Pintando mi Mándala de Bienestar”, en julio del 2021. Más que la iniciativa en sí, para mí fue como una inmensa puerta que se abrió, por fin había un lugar específico dentro de la Blockchaing donde pudiera colocar mis post sobre un hacer que me apasiona: el crecimiento personal, así que comencé a escribir en la comunidad y a las pocas semanas @mirianaliss se comunica conmigo para invitarme a su programa “Coordenadas de Bienestar”.
Le dije que si, que trataría de ir. Yo, caída de la mata, no entendía que me estaba invitando para que hablásemos sobre el bienestar y no como oyente, ja,ja,ja. Cuando me lo aclaró mi emoción fue inmensa. Como a las dos semanas, recibo otra invitación suya para ser columnista de la comunidad, y creé la columna Integrales y en expansión que, el pasado septiembre 2022 cumplió su primer añito.
Al poco tiempo me propone que hagamos un programa juntas en el Discord de @holos-lotus, nos tardamos un poquito en darle forma y el 11 de Enero de 2022 arrancamos con “El Arte de Vivir”. Luego de eso me invitó a ser moderadora de la comunidad.
Sirva este breve recorrido para que, el amable lector de estas líneas, pueda darse una idea de lo significativa que ha sido @miriannalis en mi vida personal y profesional. Si ahondamos con atención en el corto relato podemos observar a una mujer que esta muy clara en lo que quiere, es cofundadora de una comunidad y desde el principio sabía cómo llevarla. Develemos algunas de sus fortalezas en este sentido:
-Busca una estrategia para captar usuarios a través de una actividad relajante, armoniosa y terapéutica como es la realización del mandala, la iniciativa fue un exitazo.
-Abre un espacio de comunicación directa (el programa en el Discord) para entregar de manera más puntual los valores que distinguen a la comunidad, así como apuntalar su marca personal como especialista en el tema del crecimiento personal desde una visión completamente holística.
-Comienza a “reclutar” personas que considera tienen conocimiento y una trayectoria en la plataforma como creadores de contenido de calidad para formar un equipo multidisciplinario que aborde el concepto holos desde distintos ángulos. (columnistas)
-Aunado a ello tiene la gran destreza, habilidad, talento o don para establecer relaciones con facilidad logrando alianzas con distintas comunidades consiguiendo apoyos y proyección de todos los involucrados haciendo efectivo el principio Ganar-Ganar.
-Dada su visión “en grande”, su inmensa creatividad y como si de un juego se tratara sigue subiendo niveles y se monta en el primer “Encuentro Holos”. Una vivencia hermosa para todos los que dijeron presente, que marcó un nuevo hacer en la comunidad, que proyecta a Hive, a sus integrantes y a las comunidades involucradas.
Todo esto nos da un semblante de una persona súper trabajadora, comprometida, responsable, un modelo a seguir para todo aquel que desea crecer como persona y profesionalmente.
Y digo como persona porque si algo viene a mi mente al pensar en Mirianna es su “don de gente”, siempre amable, cariñosa, atenta, respetuosa, coherente con su ser y hacer, confiable y esta última cualidad deseo resaltarla porque Hive, al igual que cualquier red social es un mundo ciego, con ello me refiero a que solo conocemos aquello que la persona nos quiere mostrar a través de la palabra escrita pero no tenemos su mirada, gestualidad, voz para sentir que son confiables, sin embargo, esta confianza va naciendo y vamos encontrando las afinidades que nos hacen sentirnos amigos, de estos, tengo varios en la plataforma.
Con Miriranna el proceso ha sido un poco distinto, desde el primer contacto hubo una conexión inmediata y cuando escuche su voz grave, pausada sentí que podía confiar en ella y tras una comunicación casi diaria por motivos de “trabajo”, me hacen sentirla más confiable cada día: siempre la consulta, el vamos a hacerlo, la respuesta acertada y honesta, el escuchar atentamente, oportuna en sus respuestas, acuerdos fáciles, fluidos, sin cambios de reglas que, aun sin estar escritas, se encuentran implícitas es una relación basada en el respeto al otro.
Todas estas cualidades la hacen la persona perfecta para tenerla de amiga y de “socia”. Por eso, cuando me decidí a crear la comunidad [be Entrepreneur] la persona que pasó por mi mente, mi socia natural, sin dudarlo en ningún momento fue Mirianna La Cruz.
Bueno, ya esta bien de flores amiga mía, dice la iniciativa que también debo decirte “lo malo” para que puedas mejorar ese aspecto, por los momentos lo que se me ocurre es darte un consejo que entra en contracción con la sugerencia:
—¡Niña, no trabajes tanto, agarra pausa!, disfruta más cada logro alcanzado, saborea todo lo bello que hay en tu vida.
La otra cara de la moneda es que me gustaría leer más contenidos tuyos en @holos-lotus, en cada programa del El Arte de vivir nos entregas muchos conocimientos y experiencias, una inagotable serie de estrategias que algunos pocos agarramos, si quedaran escritas muchas más personas la aprovecharían expandiendo el legado de tu marca personal.

I first learned about the @holos-lotus community through the "Painting my Wellness Mandala" initiative in July 2021. More than the initiative itself, for me it was like a huge door that opened, finally there was a specific place within the Blockchaing where I could place my posts about a thing I am passionate about: personal growth, so I started writing in the community and a few weeks later @mirianaliss contacted me to invite me to her program "Coordenadas de Bienestar."
I said yes, I would try to go. I, falling off the wagon, didn't understand that she was inviting me so we could talk about wellness and not as a listener, ha,ha,ha. When he clarified it to me my excitement was immense. About two weeks later, I received another invitation from him to be a columnist for the community, and I created the Integrales y en expansión column, which celebrated its first anniversary last September 2022.
Soon after, he proposed me to do a program together in the Discord of @holos-lotus, we took a little while to give it shape and on January 11, 2022 we started with "The Art of Living". After that he invited me to be a moderator of the community.
This brief tour will give the kind reader of these lines an idea of how significant @miriannalis has been in my personal and professional life. All this gives us a semblance of a super hard-working, committed, responsible person, a role model for anyone who wants to grow as a person and professionally.
And I say as a person because if something comes to my mind when thinking about Mirianna is her "people skills", always kind, caring, attentive, respectful, consistent with her being and doing, reliable and this last quality I want to highlight because Hive, like any social network is a blind world, By this I mean that we only know what the person wants to show us through the written word but we do not have their look, gestures, voice to feel that they are reliable, however, this confidence is born and we find the affinities that make us feel friends, of these, I have several on the platform.
With Miriranna the process has been a little different since the first contact there was an immediate connection and when I heard her deep, slow voice I felt I could trust her and after an almost daily communication for "work" reasons, she makes me feel more reliable every day: always the consultation, the let's do it, the right and honest answer, the attentive listening, timely in her answers, easy agreements, fluid, without changes of rules that, even without being written, are implicit in a relationship based on respect for the other.
All these qualities make her the perfect person to have as a friend and "partner". That's why, when I decided to create the [be Entrepreneur] community, the person who crossed my mind, my natural partner, without hesitation, was Mirianna La Cruz.
