A few years ago when I was still living in Gualeguaychú and the borders were open to everyone, with my friend Lucía (La flaca) and her partner Enrique (El patón) we used to take the car and go there to spend the day.

This time we crossed to Fray Bentos, Río Negro, Uruguay. We really like the spa that Fray Bentos has, called Las Cañas, located on the banks of the Uruguay River that it shares with my city and others along it.

I remember that on that occasion we made grilled fish, and after lunch we went to the beach to spend the afternoon. These images are from that beautiful afternoon. I miss my friends a lot and being able to share special moments like these with them, but I can't stop smiling when I see the photos and I feel lucky because despite being far away, I'm always in touch and they never stop wanting to see us and hug us.

As you can see, I also took pictures of my feet full of sand, because it is the most beautiful way to feel that you are in contact with nature, when you step on it, walk on it, feel it, live it. Everything is a constant feeling and vibrating... we should all have the possibility to enjoy nature, to contemplate it, to respect it and make it part of you.

I hope you liked it, and if you got here, you can help me with a reblog, comment, upvote and if you want you can follow me, I'll follow you too! Have a great day!!
The photos are my own and were taken with a Samsung Galaxy J7.

Until next time!!
