Hola mis amigos de Hive y esta linda comunidad es un placer estar con ustedes en esta nueva oportunidad, es para mi un privilegio poder estar aquí en esta iniciativa que fue creada por mi para la comunidad de #womentribe y todos ustedes, la cual nos habla sobre "El amor propio", pero en esta oportunidad vamos hablar sobre la seguridad en ti misma ya que muchas veces la perdemos debido a los diferentes roles que cumplimos en la vida, también cuando estamos alrededor de personas que hacen que esto sea un fraude de amor hacia nosotros, no podemos vivir sembrando la inseguridad ya que nos lleva a padecer más adelante cualquier problema de autoestima y amor propio ¡Espero les guste!

Hello my friends of Hive and this beautiful community it is a pleasure to be with you in this new opportunity, it is a privilege for me to be here in this initiative that was created by me for the community of #womentribe and all of you, which talks about "Self-love", but this time we will talk about the security in yourself because many times we lose it due to the different roles we play in life, also when we are around people who make this a fraud of love towards us, we can not live sowing insecurity because it leads us to suffer later any problem of self-esteem and self-esteem I hope you like it!
"La seguridad nos hace fuerte ante las adversidades"

La seguridad es esa fuerza interna que tenemos para confiar en el proceso, en las cosas que estamos haciendo y por ende nos ayuda a mejorar la calidad de vida, muchas veces al no ser seguros nada nos resulta como queremos o deseamos, es como si algo nos faltara en la vida, es por eso necesario tener un poco de amor propio para generar seguridad, esta también nos las da nuestra familia y el aprendizaje en nuestra infancia. Cuando somos personas con seguridad todos nos resulta de la mejor manera, de todo esto tengo una anécdota que conté hace poco en la blockchain de Hive, en donde relataba que una día en la universidad armaron 2 grupos en la sección, es decir fuimos 15 por nuestro lado, así que nos mandaron hacer un trabajo en donde yo estaba en las nubes, iban a escoger a alguien para defender el trabajo y por ende me escogieron, no sabía nada, pero mi seguridad en lo que hablaba para defender el grupo hizo que tuviéramos un 19 en esa práctica, aunque lo que dije fue y un disparate, mi seguridad lo fue todo.
Cuando somos personas seguras, nos hace enfrentar los retos de una manera más bonita, además es sentirnos seguros de nosotros mismos a donde vayamos, y con lo que tenemos en la vida, también les puedo decir que ser seguro nos hace aceptarnos tal y como somos, esas personas ven las dificultades como desafíos, los enfrenta y salen victoriosos ya que la seguridad que reflejan ayuda a cultivar su autoestima y seguros en ellos mismos. Una de las cosas o características más importantes que tiene una persona segura es que pueden sentir empatía por los demás, siempre tratan de estar en los zapatos del otro para ver la vida como lo hacen ellos, son personas que se cuidan y velan por su futuro y entorno, aunque seamos un poco retardados en las cosas que se pueden logar con la seguridad, les puedo decir que son tantas las que podemos realizar que nuestro nombre quedara en alto, el poder de la mente y la seguridad nos hace personas firmes y decididas.
Security is that inner strength we have to trust in the process, in the things we are doing and therefore helps us to improve the quality of life, often when we are not safe nothing turns out as we want or desire, it is as if something is missing in our lives, it is therefore necessary to have a little self-esteem to generate security, this also gives us our family and learning in our childhood. When we are people with security we all turn out in the best way, of all this I have an anecdote that I told recently in the blockchain of Hive, where I related that one day in the university 2 groups were formed in the section, that is to say we were 15 on our side, so they sent us to do a work where I was in the clouds, they were going to choose someone to defend the work and therefore they chose me, I knew nothing, but my security in what I said to defend the group made us have a 19 in that practice, although what I said was nonsense, my security was everything.
When we are confident people, it makes us face the challenges in a nicer way, besides it is to feel sure of ourselves wherever we go, and with what we have in life, I can also tell you that being confident makes us accept ourselves as we are, those people see the difficulties as challenges, face them and come out victorious since the security they reflect helps to cultivate their self-esteem and self-confidence in themselves. One of the most important things or characteristics that a confident person has is that they can feel empathy for others, they always try to be in the shoes of others to see life as they do, they are people who take care and watch over their future and environment, although we are a little retarded in the things that can be achieved with security, I can tell you that there are so many things we can do that our name will remain high, the power of the mind and security makes us firm and determined people.
Confia en ti y tus capacidades, esto te abre puertas en la vida
Cuando tenemos a una persona insegura nos damos cuenta super rápido ya que su inseguridad se ve reflejada en todo lo que hacen, hablan o actúan es como una especie de imán que tiene para las cosas negativas, personas que con solo verse en el espejo reflejan su inseguridad y esto se puede ver relaciona en su lugar de trabajo, a nivel personal y profesional, además hace que las cosas no se les dé como lo piensan, una de las cosas más importante que se puede hacer para eso es tartar de disfrutar del tiempo libre con las personas amadas, también en casos extremos asistir a terapia y poder tener un círculo social más amplio con pensamientos positivos. La seguridad es muy importante en estos tiempos ya que nos determina quienes somos y como actuamos en la realidad, es como un protector que tenemos para enfrentar las cosas, en la vida hemos pasado por retos que hacen que esto sea debilidad, pero todo con entusiasmo se convierte en fortaleza, es siempre bueno afianzar las relaciones con todos y ampliar nuestra seguridad con ese nuevo circulo social.
Una persona con inseguridad refleja una baja autoestima, por lo general todo a su alrededor es pésimo y no cumple con sus expectativas, también se hace más tedioso a la hora de la relación con otros, también lo podemos denotar cuando tienen sentimiento de vulnerabilidad y consecuencias del pasado, como maltrato infantil o una mala calidad de vida, esto es fundamental en la edad adulta de las personas, es importante afianzar la niñez para estar bien en el futuro con nuestro entorno. La inseguridad se ve reflejada cuando la persona es envidiosa, es insegura y tiene radicalmente muchos enfados, esto es una de las principales causas de que las personas necesitan terapias y poder afianzar su autoestima, por ende, su confianza se empieza a construir de poco a poco, es algo que puede tomar tiempo, pero que se puede salir adelante con amor y valentía. En la vida nos podemos encontrar con diferentes tipos de inseguridades, como la personal, laboral, sexual, externa, social y corporal, cada una de ellas juegan papeles diferentes, pero siempre llega a la misma causa, la inseguridad en sí mismo, es mejor para todo esto rodearnos de personas buenas vibras y empezar a construir lo que deseamos, lo que queremos y lo hacemos realidad.

A person with insecurity reflects low self-esteem, usually everything around them is lousy and does not meet their expectations, it also becomes more tedious when it comes to relationships with others, we can also denote when they have feelings of vulnerability and consequences of the past, such as child abuse or poor quality of life, this is essential in adulthood of people, it is important to strengthen childhood to be well in the future with our environment. Insecurity is reflected when the person is envious, is insecure and has many radical anger, this is one of the main causes that people need therapy and to strengthen their self-esteem, therefore, their confidence begins to build little by little, it is something that can take time, but you can get ahead with love and courage. In life we can find different types of insecurities, such as personal, work, sexual, external, social and body, each of them play different roles, but always comes to the same cause, insecurity in itself, it is best for all this surround ourselves with good vibes people and start building what we want, what we want and make it happen.

Finalmente podemos decir que la inseguridad arruina muchas cosas importantes, entre ellas nuestra familia, amigos y trabajos ya que esto nos limita hacer muchas cosas para seguir la vida y continuar. Para esta parte de la lectura me gustaría hacer algunas interrogantes, las cuales quedarán como reflexión e iniciativa para la comunidad y todo aquel que llegue a esta publicación, son todos invitados, por lo que surge:
