Updates on Project Distriator

ReAttempt Claim

• Sometimes things can go wrong & claim for reward may fail to transfer.
• It can happen if the review published on chain was not yet available on Hive-API nodes.
• OR It can happen if account thedistriator does not have enough balance.
• OR there can be internet failures after publishing the review.
• In such cases, so far, users were reporting the issue to @thedistriator, @edmundochauran, @jonsnow1983, @eddiespino & @starkerz
• We've managed to implement a solution with which user can solve this on her/his own.
• All user would have to do is, open drawer-menu, expand support section & click on re-attempt.
• Upon clicking on re-attempt, you'll see a pop-up where you're required to enter the link to review post you've published.
• Enter link & click continue button to re-attempt & you'll get your pending reward.

Customer Support > Missed a claim

• For example, User @omarcitorojas has missed a claim because image-uploader was facing an issue at given point of time & he missed the opportunity to claim the reward.
• We are working on adding a new menu item "Customer Support" > "Missed Claim"

Missed Vs. ReAttempt

• "Missed Claim" is for those who missed publishing the review & claim due to technical issues.
• "ReAttempt Claim" is for those who managed to publish the review but didn't get reward from @thedistriator account.

Updates: Video Encoder Nodes

• I'm running 12 powerful video encoder nodes for 3Speak Community Members.
• Monthly internet bandwidth usage which exceeds 15 TB, Maintenance cost, Electricity backup, Internet backup, Depreciation cost - it's all on me.
• On 2024-10-09, 3Speak published total 151 videos.
• My video encoder nodes encoded 140 videos from 151 videos published.
• It means, my encoder nodes encoded 92.72 % of total videos published on 2024-10-09
