Buenos días a todos, teniendo en cuenta y sabiendo que los días de semana, por ser día mas, en donde ya estamos pensando y preparando algo para el almuerzo, que mejor que degustar un poco de lo que tenemos guardado en el frízer, que quedo de los días que hemos degustado dichas comidas, como lo es las empanadas, también, chorizo casero, bueno referente a la carne como verán es la parte del vacío, chinchulín, como les había comentado una ves, el asado frio o del día anterior, la verdad para mis gusto es muy sabroso, de tal manera que sirve para otra ocasión, serian las pizas que también salen muy ricas.
Pero no solamente se trata de eso si no que para acompañar lo hago con papa frita, cortada en bastoncitos, como se ve en la foto, por supuesto que para cocinarlas, le agrego al aceite un poco de margarina, entonces la papa frita sale mucho mejor y por supuesto mas sabrosa, cocinadas en la sarten
