Feliz inicio de semana he estado un poco asunte por aquí pero como siempre, con mucha energía y alegría de compartir con ustedes en este nuestro rincón de aprendizaje, asi que comencemos la semana con un tema bastante interesantes e importante de saber, hablemos de las clasificaciones del pie diabético. Digo que es importante porque a mayor o menor tamaño de la herida es la cura, muchas veces por no saber en qué grado se encuentra podemos lesionar a un más aquella persona que lo posea por eso es importante saber clasificarlo.

Primero que nada, el pie diabéticoes una destrucción de los tejidos profundos del pie, está vinculado a una neuropatía o enfermedad vascular periférica, en los pacientes con diabetes mellitus, es decir las paredes de las arterias se vuelven estrechas, esto hace que la circulación sea lenta, por ende, afecta el flujo sanguíneo, y el transporte de nutrientes y oxígeno al organismo. Afecta aún más el pie y ocurren heridas e infecciones que tardan en sanar en personas con pie diabético.
