Walking makes me manage stress, I do this activity immediately I feel my mind wandering, I will just get up and start walking, although I don't walk for so long, just for a while and I will go back to my house.
Once I do this, I will be totally fine and I will not feel stress, it will go away because while I was walking, I was seeing different things in the environment.
My mind has stabilized to see new things, then new thoughts will start to flow to something good, and refresh my thinking to a new thought altogether.
Stress is very easy to push off, if an individual signified a good pattern that he knows will bring him relief.
