Can I Keep Doing Better?

thumbnail

In this report I compare my earning from my last season with the one I got in the previous one: this way I can keep track of my account's growth and, at the same time, give new players an idea on how much they can expect to earn if they start playing Splinterlands.

Here you can find my last report.

For reference, my Collection Power is 33425, my staked SPS are 522.817 and my DEC balance is 13488.

A season lasts for roughly 15 days and I play in Silver League.

Now, let's start!

Match Report

Performance

Stat #
Silver Rank 12871
Rating 2225 - Silver III
Rating High 2225
Ratio (Win/Loss) 1.33 (189/142)
Longest Streak 10

This season I played 331 matches, always looking to drain my ECR to 75% (and even below in the weekends, as I usually don't play on Saturday and Sunday).

This time my win/loss ratio improved a bit, allowing me to play fewer matches in comparison with the previous season.

At an average of 1.20 minutes per match, this season I played for roughly 400 minutes in total, which leads to roughly 27 minutes of playtime per day.

COMPARISON WITH THE PREVIOUS SEASON

In the previous season I got rewards worth 1012 DEC (excluding potions):

  • 405 DEC from 41 cards
  • 492 DEC from chests
  • 115 DEC from 249 ranked wins

Increase in earnings: +15% (+146 DEC) + 1 CL pack.

This in an increase I'm quite sure I can't sustain in the long run and I wouldn't be surprised to see a decrease in the next report: nontheless, I'm happy I finally got 1 Chaos Legion pack with some new cards to add to my collection, even if I only found some cheap cards.

COMPARISON WITH THE PREVIOUS SEASON

In the previous season I got 45.019 SPS.

Increase in earnings: -14.2%

I'm not sure why I'm seeing a substantial decrease in my SPS Airdrop, but I hope to get at least 35 SPS from the next season, as this would allow me to get over 550 staked SPS.

And another report is over! Now let's give a look at how much I've earned since I started this series of posts.

Keep in mind that the value of the cards is generally higher than their "burn" value in DEC: that's why I won't put the equivalent of what I earned in USD, as this could be determined only after having sold those assets.

Also, the report isn't taking into consideration my rental revenue/expenses, as I'm still experimenting looking for the best strategy I can use: as soon I'll find something I like, I'll add this data into my reports :)

TOTAL EARNING FROM 5 SEASONS

  • 1345 DEC from 140 cards
  • 1757 DEC from daily and season chests
  • 935 DEC from 949 ranked wins
  • 229.718 SPS

AVERAGE EARNING PER SEASON

  • 269 DEC from 28 cards
  • 351.4 DEC from chests
  • 187 DEC from 190 ranked wins
  • 45.944 SPS
