As always, my family is almost zoo like. So this complicated storyline goes:
Niece No.1 lives in Augusta Ga. Her semi estranged daughter currently lives somewhere in Ohio. She came home to visit for the Holidays.
Niece No. 1 gave her a car (that was in turn donated to her) so that Niece daughter and son, went to their fathers in Tennessee, then That Niece went on to Ohio while the younger son( He's 17 I think) now needed a ride back.
My friend Chito lives in Central TN and went to pick up the younger guy, who spent a couple of nights until yesterday.
Then (the plan was) they would meet me in Chattanooga, we would do a "prisoner exchange" and I'd drive on back here.
Dizzy Yet?

My friend Chito is in the middle, me on the left, Niece's son on the right

We were to meet at the "Big River Grille" (and brewery) I got there an hour before the other two; they'd forgotten that I was in Eastern Time zone, they were in Central. So I had more than an hour to kill.
From the grille, looking across the street

I'm not sure what that building is supposed to look like, but the Aquarium is very nearby.
Perhaps this is meant to look fish like? That opening bottom right is where city busses and shuttles stop.
So I took one of the FREE, Electric shuttles (it just makes a loop) and went where?
To ♫♪The Chattanooga Choo Choo♫♪ of course
very old live recording of me doing that song
alt
But I got a couple of photos of the old buildings as I went

That last one is across the street from the Train Station
alt
This is inside the dome of the train station, which of course is no longer and active train station
alt
This would have been how you went out to board:
alt
The Chattanooga Choo Choo (and other trains of the day)

alt
This is the area where I spent the day, notice the closeness to the Tennessee River?
alt
All in all, it was an eventful day
alt
That boat sure won't float
alt
This was directly in front of the grille where we met

This was an artwork, at the corner of the parking lot... they are supposed to be Oars in oarlocks on the side of a boat... near the river, right?
Sorry I didn't get this in for a #wednesdaywalk for #teamusa
