Empezando con energía
Ya han pasado varios "eneros" donde digo "éste es el año" y al final mis propósitos se van por el río. En realidad pasan los años y yo adquiero más edad y es posible que mis sentidos se disminuyan.
Sin embargo, éste año lo comencé con mucha esperanza, con ganas de salir adelante, diciéndome a mi misma que la edad no es límite, que aun hay tiempo mientras Dios me dé vida y salud. Sé que mediante pasen los días, la energía del comienzo de año nuevo va ir descendiendo, lo cual es normal.
Ahora bien, para seguir sintiéndome animada es necesario tener enfoque, eso es lo que he escuchado de los expertos en programación. Éste enfoque se logra con crear metas a corto y mediano plazo y trabajar en que se cumplan.
Al saber de esta initiativa me entusiasmé en compartir mis metas para éste año con ustedes porque eso también me ayuda a enfocarme.
Starting with energy
It has already been several "January's" where I say "this is the year" and in the end my purposes go down the river. In reality the years go by and I get older and it is possible that my senses diminish.
However, I started this year with a lot of hope, with the desire to move forward, telling myself that age is not a limit, that there is still time as long as God gives me life and health.
I know that as the days go by, the energy of the beginning of the new year will go down, which is normal.
Now, in order to continue feeling encouraged, it is necessary to have focus, that is what I have heard from the experts in programming. This focus is achieved by creating short and medium term goals and working on achieving them.
When I heard about this initiative I was excited to share my goals for this year with you because it also helps me to focus.
En familia es mejor
Les cuento que una bonita noche de la semana pasada, mi mamá, mi hija y yo nos dispusimos a escribir nuestras metas para 2022. Fue muy enriquecedor porque mi mamá tiene 80 años y la estuve animando a planificar porque a pesar de su edad, ella también tiene derecho a soñar. Me enterneció verla escribir sus deseos para este 2022. Pido a Dios le provea de mucha salud para ver sus metas cumplidas.
Mi hija también escribió las de ella. Recién cumplió 14 años y una de mis tareas como madre es enseñarle a luchar por sus sueños. Éste simple acto en familia, pero grande en significado, me ayudó a entender que es importante tener un criterio unificado como núcleo para poder apoyarnos para lograr los propósitos.
Family is better
One beautiful night last week, my mom, my daughter and I set out to write down our goals for 2022. It was very enriching because my mom is 80 years old and I was encouraging her to plan because despite her age, she also has the right to dream and I was touched to see her write her wishes for 2022.
I pray God will provide her with a lot of health to see her goals fulfilled.
My daughter also wrote hers. She just turned 14 and one of my tasks as a mother is to teach her to fight for her dreams.
This simple act in family, but great in meaning, helped me to understand that it is important to have a unified criterion as a nucleus and to be able to support each other to achieve our goals.
Con esfuerzo y fe...
Éste año no voy a engavetar mis metas, así que con toda libertad, les voy a enterar de mis propósitos que escribí la noche familiar para que, si es posible, entre todos, podamos auparnos y motivarnos al paso de los días.
Una meta especial para mi en este año es cuidar de la salud de mi familia, hacerle exámenes de rutina que han sido pospuestos.
Como segunda meta, me he propuesto participar más en la colmena, mi casa desde hace año y medio. Tengo un proyecto de podcast que me encantaría presentarle. Sé que lo haré más adelante.
Una meta espiritual es apoyarme más en la fe en Dios que mueve montañas y que cree que todo puede ser posible.
En éste año quiero saber más de criptos, ahorrar y empaparme más en esta materia. Siempre hay que actualizarse en lo que nos interesa.
Para finalizar mi publicación les dejo la meta más ambiciosa que es retomar mi sueño de tener una posada. Ésta meta me entusiasma y me hace sonreir y me hace pensar que éste si es el año.
Espero que les haya agradado leerme y que se hayan contagiado de optimismo. Sé que con esfuerzo y fe lograremos nuestros propósitos.

With effort and faith...
This year I am not going to hide my goals, so with complete freedom, I am going to tell you about my resolutions that I wrote down on family night so that, if possible, among all of us, we can all get a boost and motivate each other as the days go by.
A special goal for me this year is to take care of my family's health, to give them routine exams that have been postponed.
As a second goal, I have proposed to participate more in the hive, my home for the last year and a half. I have a podcast project that I would love to introduce to you. I know I will be doing that later.
A spiritual goal is to lean more on faith in God who moves mountains and believes that anything is possible.
In this year I want to know more about cryptos, save and soak more in this subject. It is always necessary to be updated in what interests us.
To end my publication I leave you the most ambitious goal which is to resume my dream of owning an inn. This goal excites me and makes me smile and makes me think that this is the year.
