"Quién mira afuera sueña, Quién mira adentro despierta" Esta famosa frase de Carl Jung, tiene cada vez mayor vigencia en nuestra sociedad. No sé, sí se debe a la Era de Acuario o simplemente al proceso evolutivo de la humanidad, pero lo que sí sé, es que actualmente son más las personas que están buscando en su interior aquello que no han logrado conseguir en el exterior.
Por lo que, cada día es más frecuente que las personas se hagan preguntas existenciales, del estilo: ¿Cuál es el propósito de esta vida? ¿Para qué estoy aquí? ¿la vida se trata de nacer, reproducirse y sobrevivir hasta el momento de morir? ¿Qué sentido tiene todo el dolor y sufrimiento del mundo?.

"Who looks outside dreams, Who looks inside awakens" Carl Jung. This famous phrase is increasingly valid in our society. I don't know if it is due to the Age of Aquarius or simply to the evolutionary process of humanity, but what I do know is that currently, more people are searching within themselves for what they have not been able to achieve externally.
Therefore, every day it is more common for people to ask themselves existential questions, such as: What is the purpose of this life? What am I here for? Is life about being born, reproducing, and surviving until the moment of death? What is the meaning of all the pain and suffering in the world?
Estas interrogantes, son una clara señal de qué estás despertando a una nueva forma de percibir el mundo. Si las lees con detenimiento, notarás qué la mayoría de estas reflejan frustración, insatisfacción o incluso rabia hacia la realidad y es así porqué la mayoría de las veces, el despertar toca la puerta como consecuencia de situaciones conflictivas, pérdidas, divorcios, traiciones, enfermedades, etc. Lo cierto es, que a pesar de no ser necesario, en muchos casos sólo a través del dolor buscamos más allá de lo evidente.
En síntesis, cuando nos cuestionamos sí esto es todo lo que la vida tiene por ofrecer, es porque llegó el momento de despertar y la conciencia superior te está invitando a evolucionar. Entonces, ¿Qué es el despertar de la consciencia (para mi)? Es un proceso maravilloso y retador de autodescubrimiento, aceptación y amor incondicional. En el cual, te das cuenta de que hay mucho más en esta existencia de lo que se puede ver a través de los ojos del cuerpo.

These questions are clearly sign that you are awakening to a new way of perceiving the world. If you read them carefully, you will notice that most of them reflect frustration, dissatisfaction or even anger towards reality. The reason is that most of the time, awakening knocks on the door as a consequence of conflictive situations, losses, divorces, betrayals, illnesses, etc. The truth is that despite not being necessary, in many cases it is only through pain that we seek beyond the obvious.
In short, when we question whether this is all that life has to offer, it is because the time has come to wake up, and the higher consciousness is inviting you to evolve. So, what is the awakening of consciousness (for me)? It is a wonderful and challenging process of self-discovery, acceptance and unconditional love. In which you realize that there is much more to this existence than what can be seen through the eyes of the body.
En ese proceso, reconocemos que debe haber una manera distinta de vivir, una forma más amorosa de transitar esta experiencia humana y sí elegimos hacer caso a esa voz que nos invita a conocernos y a responsabilizarnos por nuestra vida, comienza la senda de la iluminación. Y porqué hablo del despertar como un proceso? Porque despertar no es solo un momento o una meta, es toooodo un camino. Y como todo camino tiene altos y bajos, no es una autopista en la que sólo hay una vía, una forma correcta y perfecta de hacer las cosas, es más como una ruta por la montaña en la que encontrarás baches, en las que a veces tendrás que caminar (aparentemente) en círculos, en las que habrán caminos empinados y uno que otro barranco.
Lo expresó de esa manera porqué así ha sido para mi, pues como muchos comencé este camino a través del dolor, a través de repetir patrones conductuales que me llevaron al sufrimiento, hasta que elegí detenerme un momento a pensar "tiene que haber otra forma de vivir" "la vida no puede ser únicamente sobrevivir". Desde que inicié este proceso de autoconocimiento y conexión espiritual he tenido muchos tropiezos, muchos éxitos, altos y bajos y sobre todo muchas oportunidades de enfrentar situaciones para sanar mis heridas, lo cual ha sido un reto, pero uno que agradezco y que no cambiaría por nada.

In this process, we recognize that there must be a different way of living, a more loving way of going through this human experience. If we choose to listen to that voice that invites us to know ourselves and take responsibility for our lives, the path of enlightenment begins. And why do I talk about awakening as a process? Why waking up is not just a moment or a goal, It is a whole path. And since every road has ups and downs, it is not a highway in which there is only one way, one correct and perfect way of doing things, It is more like a mountain route in which you will find potholes, in which sometimes You will have to walk (apparently) in circles, in which there will be steep paths and the occasional ravine.
I expressed it that way because that's how it has been for me, because at most, I started this path through pain, through repeating behavioral patterns that led me to suffering, until I chose to stop for a moment to think: "there has to be another way to live" "life cannot only be about surviving." Since I began this process of self-knowledge and spiritual connection, I have had many setbacks, many successes, ups and downs, but, I take every opportunity to heal my wounds, which has been a challenge, but one that I am grateful for and that I would not change for nothing.
El despertar de conciencia para mí ha tenido muchos nombres, muchas caras, muchos maestros. Gracias a esto he comprendido que para cada ser humano el proceso es único, no hay una fórmula mágica o receta perfecta que sirva a todos, pues mientras a unas personas les funciona un solo maestro o doctrina, otros (incluyéndome) hemos tenido que transitar varios senderos para poder encontrarnos a nosotros mismos.
Para mí ha sido como un rompecabezas, en el que las piezas van llegando en la medida en la que las voy necesitando. Así he logrado encontrar amor y sabiduría en el budismo, misticismo en el hinduismo, compasión en los Ángeles, cosmovisión y paz en Un Curso de Milagros y aunque parezcan ser filosofías contradictorias entre sí, la verdad es que la lección principal en cada una de ellas en el fondo es la misma: Eres amor, porque provienes del Amor, Vienes amar y profesar aquello que eres, tu misión es extender la luz que hay en ti.
Así que mi invitación el día de hoy, es a que vivas tu despertar desde la intuición, respetando tus tiempos y honrando cada paso que des, haz lo mejor que puedas y confía en que todo lo que necesites llegará a ti. Vive cada día con la conciencia de que todo lo que le das a las otras personas te lo estas dando a ti mismo, así darás únicamente lo que quieres recibir y harás del mundo un lugar mejor. Recuerda que eres uno con el creador y con todas las creaciones, y que la compasión y el amor son las guías que te llevarán de regreso a casa.
Este es un pequeño resumen de lo que es para mi el camino del despertar y lo que considero es el verdadero propósito de esta existencia, espero de todo corazón que algo de lo escrito en estas líneas te sea de servicio. Gracias por leerme, te envío un fuerte abrazo.

The awakening of consciousness for me has had many names, faces, teachers. Thanks to this, I have understood that for each human being the process is unique. There is no magic formula or perfect recipe that works for everyone because while for some people works a single teacher or doctrine, others (including me) have had to go through several paths to find ourselves.
My process has been like a puzzle, in which the pieces arrive as I need them. I have find love and wisdom in Buddhism, mysticism in Hinduism, compassion in Angels, worldview and peace in A Course in Miracles and, although they may seem to be contradictory philosophies, the truth is that the main lesson in each of them Deep down it is the same: You are love, because you come from Love, your mission is to extend the light that is in you.
So my invitation today is to live your awakening from intuition, respecting your times and honoring every step you take, do your best, trust that everything you need will come to you. Live each day with the awareness that everything you give to other people you are giving to yourself, so you will only give what you want to receive and make the world a better place. Remember that you are one with the creator and with all creations and compassion are the guide that will take you back home.
This is a small summary of what the path of awakening is for me and what I consider to be the true purpose of this existence. I hope with all my heart that something written in these lines is of service to you. Thank you for reading me, I send you a big hug.
