La respuesta es simple y poderosa, pero muchas veces compleja, la alegría de vivir es un proceso de que requiere un poco de introspección y de valorarse a uno mismos importante ser honesto con nosotros mismo y reconocer nuestros propios gusto a menudo veo personas en especial familiares que viven amargados como ejemplo una prima que quería ser ingeniero y termino graduada de licenciada educación ella vive amargada solo trabaja por el compromiso por ganarse el dinero solo estudio eso porque mi tía se lo recomendó yo pienso que no debemos sentirnos presionados a seguir los gustos y expectativas de los demás así sean nuestros seres queridos tienes que hacer aquello que te apasiona ames con el alma porque esto puede llevarnos sentirnos insatisfechos y amargado con la vida tratemos de cambiar la rutina, dediquemos hacer actividades que nos apasiones y que reflejen nuestros valores, explora nuevos pasatiempos o proyectos creativos, dedica un poco de tiempo a la naturaleza, caminar descalzo comparte con las personas que te apoyan e inspiran como la familia

También es importante aprender aceptar y abrazar nuestra diferencias y defectos en lugar de compararnos con otros constantemente este era uno de mis más grandes defectos de niña veía que mi prima y hermanos tenía el pelo liso yo con esta melena siempre me decía especulada la payasita o sin fin de apodos que se podrán imaginar y un tiempo de mi adolescencia para tratar de ser como los demás me desrice el pelo con unos tratamientos y me veía totalmente distinta incluso algunos amigos y familiares no me reconocían al pesarlas cerca porque ya estaban acostumbrados a siempre verme especulada con el tiempo fui aprendiendo y amarme a mí misma tal como soy y darme cuenta de que eso era lo que me hacía distinta, a los demás personas todos tenemos algo único y valioso que ofrecer al mundo y eso es lo que nos hace especiales
