Learn With Gabo es una de las secciones favoritas de mi blog. En esta sección les enseño, a través de un video, cómo hacer alguna figurita o un personaje específico con plastilina, uno de los materiales que mas uso para mis figuras.
Como pueden ver en otras entregas de esta sección, acostumbro a hacer figuras sencillas para que todo el que desee aprender, pueda poner en práctica lo que enseño en el video. En estas ocasión les mostraré cómo hacer un Chibi Bulbasaur, espero de corazón que les guste.

Learn With Gabo is one of my favorite sections of my blog. In this section I show you, through a video, how to make a figurine or a specific character with plasticine, one of the materials I use the most for my figures.
As you can see in other installments of this section, I use to make simple figures so that anyone who wants to learn, can put into practice what I teach in the video. This time I will show you how to make a Chibi Bulbasaur, I hope you like it.

Resumen
Chibi. Los chibi son personajes con características muy específicas; tienen la cabeza grande, ojos enormes, cuerpo y extremidades pequeñas. Son muy conocidos en el mundo del ánime o manga, así que es probable que hayas escuchado de este tipo de personajes.
Decidí hacer un Bulbasaur con este estilo porque me pareció algo mucho más sencillo de enseñarles, además de que así que da un personaje ciertamente encantador, más que Bulbasaur original.
Summary
Chibi. Chibi are characters with very specific characteristics; they have big heads, huge eyes, small bodies and limbs. They are very well known in the world of anime or manga, so you've probably heard of this type of characters.
I decided to make a Bulbasaur with this style because it seemed to me something much simpler to teach you, besides that it gives a certainly charming character, more than the original Bulbasaur.

Materiales. Normalmente utilizo plastilina para hacer este tipo de figuras, para este caso no fue la excepción. Sí hubo cierta diferencia con las figuras que hago habitualmente, porque a esta no le hice un esqueleto en sí, sino que utilicé palillos de madera para darle soporte a la figura.
Materials. I usually use plasticine to make this kind of figures, and this was no exception. There was a certain difference with the figures I usually make, because I didn't make a skeleton for this one, but I used wooden sticks to support the figure.
Es una figura pequeña y no requiere de demasiados soportes; por el contrario, al ser una figura pequeña ,e atrevería a decir que por la misma forma del personaje no requeriría ningún tipo de soporte salvo el de las patas delanteras, que en este caso fueron dos palillos de madera, tal como se muestra en el video.
It is a small figure and does not require too many supports; on the contrary, being a small figure, I would dare to say that due to the shape of the character itself, it would not require any type of support except for the front legs, which in this case were two wooden sticks, as shown in the video.

¿Por qué Bulbasaur? Yo supongo que muchos, si no todos, han escuchado hablar de Pokemon. Es una franquicia muy conocida por todo el mundo, tanto por sus juegos como por el mismo anime. En mi caso yo crecí con pokemon y uno de mis personajes favoritos es Bulbasaur.
Why Bulbasaur? I would guess that many, if not all, have heard of Pokemon. It is a very well known franchise all over the world, both for its games and for the anime itself. In my case I grew up with pokemon and one of my favorite characters is Bulbasaur.
Aunque pude haber seleccionado a squirtle, Charmander o hasta el mismo pikachu para hacerle un chibi en esta entrega, la verdad es que me pareció más acertado Bulbasaur para comenzar, quizás más adelante haga a los demás.
Although I could have selected Squirtle, Charmander or even Pikachu himself to make him a chibi in this installment, the truth is that I thought Bulbasaur was more appropriate to start with, maybe later on I will make the others.

El punto es que trato de seleccionar personajes fáciles de hacer, desde mi punto de vista, para que, como dije, cualquiera que tenga interés en aprender pueda poner manos a la obra.
Al final esa es la intención de este tutorial, enseñarles lo poco que sé a ustedes, porque si algo he aprendido en esta vida es que no hay que ser egoístas con el conocimiento. Si sabes hacer algo y te gusta enseñar, pues hazlo, enseña.
