Tras varios intentos diseñando al perrito de 4 patas, me alegra un montón que al fin lo haya logrado y mejor aún si es con Amigo, el perrito de Guaman Poma. Amigo mide unos 5.5 cm de alto. Pronto se viene testeo de Amigo y más cachorros. ¡Veámos cómo fue el diseño!.
After lots of attempts to design the 4 legged dog, I am very happy that I have finally succeeded and even better if it is with Amigo, the little dog of Guaman Poma. Amigo is about 2 in tall. Amigo testing and more puppies are coming soon. Let's see how the design went!

Luego del diseño anterior, decidí que Amigo sea más pequeño, eso significa modificar el patrón. Inicié con el tamaño del hocico. Otro punto importante en los animales de 4 patas es la posición de los ojos (lateral o frontal).
After the previous design , I decided to make Amigo smaller, that means modifying the pattern. I started with the size of the muzzle. Another important point in 4 legged animals is the position of the eyes (lateral or frontal).
Aquí depende mucho del estilo del diseñador. Algunos colocan los ojos juntos y otros separados. También depende de la imagen de referencia. Al no saber exactamente que raza de perro es Amigo (aquí le decimos Chusquito, es decir todo terreno), tomé como referencia la imagen y también a mi perrita, quien tenía una anatomía similar a Amigo.
Here it depends very much on the style of the designer. Some place the eyes close together, others separate. It also depends on the reference image. Not knowing exactly what breed of dog Amigo is (here we call him Chusquito, all terrain), I took the image as a reference and also my dog, who had a similar anatomy to Amigo.
Conocer la anatomía de los animales y plasmarlo en un muñeco para mí ya es un logro y estas imágenes muestran ello. El anterior diseño lo noté algo deforme, esta versión tiene las proporsiones que quiero y lo mejor es que se mantiene de pie, en equilibrio entre cabeza, cuerpo y cola.
Knowing the anatomy of animals and capturing it in a doll for me is already an achievement and these images show it. The previous design was a bit deformed, this version has the proportions I want and the best thing is that it stands upright, in balance between head, body and tail.
Es increíble saber que este perrito existió alguna vez...y traerlo a esta época junto a Guaman Poma me hace seguir valorando lo mejor de nuestro pasado. Amigo me acompañará a todos lados, porque lo usaré como llavero.
It is incredible to know that this little dog once existed...and bringing him to this time together with Guaman Poma makes me continue to value the best of our past. My friend will accompany me everywhere, because I will use him as a keychain.
