Olá a todos meus amigos(as) da comunidade, espero que eu tenha conseguido chamar a vossa atenção, pois acredito que este post é de extrema importância para todos nós da comunidade #HIVE brasileira!
Venho aqui não como um moderador ou algo do tipo, venho como um membro, informar sobre a trilha de curação que já está funcionando há algum tempo e gostaria muito de explicar o básico sobre ela.
Esta trilha é mais uma de nossas conquistas e mostra como podemos nos juntar e crescer como uma grande e forte comunidade!

Trilha de Curação

Em primeiro lugar, é preciso entender o que é essa trilha de curação e em resumo:
Você segue uma conta que irá realizar votos nas postagens, quando isso acontece, seu perfil irá votar no mesmo post que esta conta votou de forma automática.
Digamos que é como seguir um amigo, aonde ele for você irá com ele. Então quando você segue esse perfil “líder da trilha” aonde ele realizar votos, o seu perfil e de várias outras pessoas irão votar com este “líder”.
Trilha da Comunidade
Então a conta que é a líder da trilha e nos representa é o perfil @hive-br, onde temos vários moderadores incríveis que revezam entre si para analisar e votar nas postagens da nossa comunidade.
A principio, o foco é votar em publicações postadas na comunidade HiveBR, incentivando o pessoal a postar e movimentar a comunidade. Assim se torna uma ótima maneira de garantir que essa curação seja feita e realmente aplicada para a comunidade brasileira.

O resumo do processo é esse, bem simples. Isso tudo fortalece a nossa comunidade, pois o perfil @hive-br fica com a responsabilidade de conseguir avaliar e aplicar um voto com valor considerável para as publicações.
Conseguindo HP seja por meio de delegações dos membros da comunidade ou com o retorno dos votos realizados, a medida que o tempo for passando, o perfil se torna mais "forte" e como consequência, votos melhores e com mais valor.

Você irá cair direto em uma página como a da imagem acima, a diferença é que no botão vermelho estará escrito "FOLLOW", então é só clicar e seguir!

Delegando HP Para a Trilha
Aqui está um ponto muito importante. Provavelmente você já deve ter visto algumas dessas contas, como por exemplo @pgm-curator, @oneup-curator, @thgaming-curator, @monster-curator, @ecency entre outros.
Algo em comum que elas possuem é que com os valores arrecadados com o poder que elas conseguem de quem fez a delegação de HP ou de um token, elas "pagam" de volta em HIVE ou nesse token em especifico.
Nesta primeira fase, a curação da @hive-br é basicamente retornar o HP delegado em votos para a comunidade, ou seja, ainda não realizamos pagamentos proporcionais para quem delegou HP para a conta.
Então, como um membro da comunidade que pensa como um todo, eu por exemplo deleguei 300 HP para o perfil da curação e não recebo nada em troca, apenas votos nas minhas postagens feitas na nossa comunidade, como qualquer outro membro.
Penso apenas em ajudar e acredito que todos saem ganhando com isso. Então novamente peço, em caráter de doação para este primeiro momento, se você puder contribuir em ajudar com o HP da @hive-br, sinta-se a vontade, pode ser 1, 10, 50 ou 100 HP, o que você conseguir e puder ajudar, será bem vindo para fortalecer todo esse processo!
Lembrando sempre que muitas novidades ainda estão por vim. Começamos com nada e já temos uma grande base e estrutura de organização em comunidade e a tendência é sempre melhorar!
Considerações
O texto ficou maior do que esperava, mas acredito que ficou bem intuitivo e de fácil entendimento. Tem um ditado que sempre lembro e falo para as pessoas:
“Em tempos de crise, tolos constroem muros, sábios constroem pontes.”
A melhor forma de crescermos como comunidade, é acreditar no trabalho dos seus membros, de seus moderadores e das pessoas que estão lutando todo dia para criar processos melhores e ganharmos visibilidade.
Cada grão de areia movido pela comunidade em prol de seus indivíduos será de extrema importância para o nosso crescimento, juntos somos mais fortes e teremos mais chances de consolidar o Brasil de uma vez por todas na HIVE.

I come here not as a moderator or anything, I come as a member, to inform you about the curation trail that has been working for some time and I would love to explain the basics about it.
This trail is another one of our achievements and shows how we can come together and grow as a big and strong community!

Curation Trail

First of all, it is necessary to understand what this curation trail is and in summary:
You follow an account that will vote on posts, when this happens, your profile will automatically vote for the same post that this account voted for.
Let's say it's like following a friend, wherever he goes, you go with him. So when you follow this “leader of the trail” profile where he casts votes, your profile and that of several other people will vote with this “leader”.
Community Trail
So the account that is the leader of the trail and represents us is the profile @hive-br, where we have several amazing moderators who take turns to review and vote on our community posts.
At first, the focus is to vote on posts posted in the HiveBR community, encouraging people to post and move the community. So it becomes a great way to ensure that this curation is done and really applied to the Brazilian community.

The summary of the process is this, very simple. This all strengthens our community, as the @hive-br profile is responsible for being able to evaluate and apply a vote with considerable value to the publications.
Getting HP either through delegations from community members or with the return of votes cast, as time passes, the profile becomes "stronger" and as a consequence, better and more valuable votes.

Delegating HP to the Trail
Here's a very important point. You have probably already seen some of these accounts, such as @pgm-curator, @oneup-curator, @thgaming-curator, @monster-curator, @ecency among others.
Something in common they have is that with the amounts collected with the power they get from whoever delegated HP or a token, they "pay" back in HIVE or in that specific token.
In this first phase, the curation of @hive-br is basically returning the HP delegated in votes to the community, that is, we still don't make proportional payments to those who delegated HP to the account.
So, as a whole-thinking community member, I for example delegated 300 HP to the curation profile and got nothing in return, just votes on my posts made in our community like any other member.
I only think about helping and I believe that everyone benefits from it. So again I ask, as a donation for this first moment, if you can contribute to help with the HP of @hive-br, feel free, it can be 1, 10, 50 or 100 HP, whatever you can and can help, you will be welcome to strengthen this whole process!

Considerations
The text was longer than I expected, but I believe it was very intuitive and easy to understand. There is a saying that I always remember and tell people:
“In times of crisis, fools build walls, wise men build bridges.”
The best way to grow as a community is to believe in the work of its members, its moderators and the people who are struggling every day to create better processes and gain visibility.
Every grain of sand moved by the community on behalf of its individuals will be extremely important for our growth, together we are stronger and we will have more chances to consolidate Brazil once and for all in HIVE.
