alternatetext

The 2003 television film Lucky 7 is about a young woman named Amy Myer (Kimberly Williams-Paisley) who believes that she is destined to marry her seventh boyfriend. This belief is based on a timeline that her dying mother left for her when she was young.

Amy has now had six boyfriends, and she is starting to feel the pressure to find her seventh. She meets Peter Connor (Patrick Dempsey), a local bagel shop owner, and they start dating. Amy is attracted to Peter, but she is also hesitant to get too close to him because she knows that he is not her seventh boyfriend.

Meanwhile, Amy's ex-boyfriend Daniel McCandles (Scott Foley) comes back into her life. Daniel is the one boyfriend who Amy truly loved, but he broke her heart when he cheated on her. Amy is still in love with Daniel, but she knows that he is not her seventh boyfriend either.

Amy is torn between Peter and Daniel. She is also struggling to come to terms with the fact that her mother's timeline may not be accurate. In the end, Amy realizes that she needs to follow her own heart and choose the man who is right for her, regardless of what her mother's timeline says.

Lucky 7 is a heartwarming and romantic comedy about love, destiny, and following your heart. It is a reminder that sometimes the best things in life are the ones that we least expect.
