Greetings to this great community, today I am very happy because I am joining the contest of inventions that made history, from the beginning I found it interesting for the fact of cultivating, promoting, our knowledge and rewarding the quality participation of users in the community hive. I want to tell this story in my own way, because I really want you to also know how Henry Ford finally managed to make the V8 Engine.
It turns out that I was reading a book by Napoleon Hill Think and Grow Rich and in its first chapters they narrated that in the years 1932 When Ford decided to manufacture his V-8 engine he had his train of Engineers studied and highly trained, so he gave them instructions to to design the engine, he wanted to build a device in which the eight cylinders were cast, the engineers started their plans and after several attempts they all came to the conclusion that it was impossible!!! and they met with Ford to give him the tremendous news, but it turns out that my dear friend Ford looked at them and said "I still want them to make it",
The engineers all looked each other in the face and said: But it's impossible! (the blessed but.hahahaha) and Ford told them again "I want that engine and don't rest until you succeed"! take all the time you need.

A los ingenieros nos le quedó otra opción mas que seguir las instrucciones precisas y contundentes de Henry Ford, aparte que deseaban enormemente continuar trabajando para la prestigiosa Empresa. Durante 6 meses continuaron trabajando y la palabra imposible era lo único que estos señores alcanzaban lograr, repetir una y otra vez.
Al cabo de un año Henry Ford se reunió nuevamente con los ingenieros para ver los avances sin embargo, insistían que aquella idea era imposible de logar , que habían dado todo , que humanamente no sabían qué más hacer, por su parte Ford Volvió su mirada a ellos y les dijo : Les Ruego que continúen su trabajo , que hagan mucho mas de lo que han hecho porque ¡Quiero ese bloque y lo conseguiré!
The engineers had no choice but to follow the precise and forceful instructions of Henry Ford, apart from the fact that they greatly wanted to continue working for the prestigious Company. For 6 months they continued to work and the word impossible was the only thing these gentlemen managed to achieve, repeating over and over again.
After a year, Henry Ford met again with the engineers to see the progress, however, they insisted that this idea was impossible to achieve, that they had given everything, that humanly they did not know what else to do, for his part Ford returned his gaze to them and said: I beg you to continue your work, to do much more than you have done because I want that block and I will get it!

Now notice something; the strong determination of a man who refused to give up his idea, could overcome the stubbornness of some Professionals who refused the opportunity to go beyond their own limitations!

Mi invitación a todos las personas sobre todo para tantos emprendedores que hoy día se suman ,a realizar un proyecto , es que mediten sobre este acontecimiento y que jamás abandonen esa idea que se ha fijado en sus mentes, mientras haya vida hay esperanza y en cada uno de nosotros los que persistimos hay un Henry Ford apostando a capa y espada por materializar sus sueños!
