Vital steps ...

Today after so many surprises in my life I have changed my perspective and my message is very different now, it is full of hope and a lot of Faith, I don't know if I believe in God anymore, I hope that it is for the good of my heart, the truth is that now I reconcile with my new way of saying and looking at things.

In my continuous search for authenticity and emotional health, a process that is not easy 😮💨, I also require courage and often seek support to stop being manipulated by others.

Many of us are looking for more recognition than help. As children, we don't usually ask for help; we try to fend for ourselves because we know that this way we will be rewarded with love, affection, food and recognition.

This behavior persists in our adult life.

To break this cycle, it is crucial that the adult recognizes and accepts his original pain and stops emotionally cheating those who cross his path. Only by confronting these wounds that we have carried since childhood, can the healing process begin, at least that's how it has been my experience, and I don't know all of them, by the way.

Stopping emotionally manipulating others is a vital step towards authenticity and emotional health. The truth is that it is possible and necessary to transform the lives of those who suffer and those who are affected by this type of behavior.

Without a doubt, healing comes from honesty and self-acceptance.

I am convinced that those who are grateful do better in life, so thank you, always thank you, and I hope that each of you has many things to be grateful for, because happiness is definitely not a destination for anyone, it is definitely a way of traveling, and sometimes, it is in the moments that we often overlook: a smile, a hug, a good conversation.

This reminds me that true joy is found in simple things and gratitude for what we have.

In this sense, my life is full of reasons to smile every day. Gratitude is an element in the vital step in the moments of joy that we live every day and let me tell you that it is priceless.

You know that what I am writing is because many times we do not see with our eyes, but with our beliefs, that is why in this change of vision, I think that everything is NOT as they have told me, nor always as I believe. True or important, even if we do not always have proof, they can come from religion, culture, education, family or our own experiences, from our cultural burden.

These beliefs influence how we act and make decisions in daily life.

Thanks for joining me on this post 🤗 I'm still in my work week non-stop today. Great sustainable resolutions are coming.
