Hello Beautiful Hivers! Happy Weekend! I am invited in the Masquerade Ladies of Hive tea party in Hawaii by the Ladies of Hive Community. It's been so long since I last attend in a gathering like this so I won't miss it for the world. I am actually excited and because of that, I already prepare what I going to wear, a clothes that is fit to my likings and my choice.
This will be my entry for Ladies of Hive Contest #106 And, I just want to inform you that, I will be using a screen shot on the game Love Nikki. It is a Dress Up Game with a lot of designs that will surely like by everyone. So, I will choose the clothes I will be wearing on this game, as in the clothes that I want. And the topic for this week Contest is an idea of @kerrislravenhill. Thank You so much for this Topic.
We’ve had some deep soul-searching questions lately, so time for some fun. In preparation for our Halloween, Día de los Muertos, Harvest Festival, Odon festival, etc., let's have an imaginary Masquerade Ladies of Hive tea party in Hawaii!
What will you wear?
Who will you bring with you?
What dish will you bring to share?
Even if you don't celebrate it, what would you like to suggest as an activity?
I am really not good in fashion and I have zero creativity so the clothes that I chose is a simple one and not that extravagant but I like it this way. Let me show you...
I would go with a lower bun hairstyle with a bangs but it will be on a sideways on the left side. It looks formal but I am actually used to that kind of hair style. I think it is simple yet elegant, its good for a simple woman like me. And this kind of hairstyle is easy to make, the simpler the better.
And as for the face, I'll go with a little darker or more like a gothic style make up Black just like my dress. I'm really not good with make ups but I think I can learn that. And this eye patch with a flower design will serve as my mask. I find it really pretty.
As for my shoes, I want this style. It has a little strap. With something like that, I will feel more secured with this high heels and I will be not afraid to walk with it. It's beautiful and I think it fits to the dress. I am not sure but to my eyes, it is.
And because I think my outfit will look good with a gloves. I will use this black gloves that is made from think lacy fabric. I think it will really look good on my choice of outfit so, let's go with it.
As for my headwear, I want this little black veil with that two horns. Now I feel like a bride from the underworld who's waiting for her lover to return, lol. I am not sure if this is still fit to the theme but I want this in my head, is it weird? Lol.
And this will be my look for that very special day. What do you think guys? I am not confident with it but I will wear it anyway, hehe. Now, I have to find myself a man who will escort me that night. Just kidding, lol.
For this event, I want my Family to be with me. If I can bring 3 more people then I will bring my 3 mother with me. If ever, this will be one of those special even that we will attend where we are all complete.
As for the dish, I can't really think of anything except "Dinuguan with Puto" or Pork Blood Stew with Steamed Rice Cake. But I think that is a bit too much. So maybe I'll go with Pasta or a Filipino style Spaghetti. I am not sure if you already taste that kind of dish but I can assure you that it is good.
Or if not and it is still a bit much and really not in with the theme, then maybe a mini pizza will do. That is a little bit easy to make, I think. I could just follow the instructions o cooking it then voila. A simple ham and cheese mini pizza I think will do on that events. Or I could just bring all of these.
As for the activity, we can have a little heart to heart talk, sharing experiences, heartbreaks or anything that can give us some lesson that we could use on our own. After that, we can have a beach party and enjoy that very moment after that heart to heart talk. Like release all the stress and just be happy and forget all our worries.
