FITNESS JOURNEY

2020 was a tough year for everyone of us. We were caught off-guard when the country was put quarantined, unsure of what the future held. A lot of people stop being active to sports, and any other physical activities. Even when the gyms were still closed, that didn't stop me from being active to physical activities. I did bodyweight exercises 4-5 days a week, and then later on, I bought some gym equipment like barbell and dumbbells. After few months of doing home workouts, finally some of the gyms are opened. So I registered to one of the gyms near my place.

The 1st time I went to the gym after for how many months of doing home exercises, I was thrilled seeing the gym equipment even though I didn't know how to use some of them haha. I only signed up for 6mos contract, but until now, I'm still working my ass off. Guess someone got addicted.

Sometimes, I do boxing too, secretly haha. Anyways, so yeah. I worked out 5 to 6 times a week for 6 months. Then after that, I realized that I was overtraining, so now I work out 4-5 a week.

I used to workout my legs 2 to 3x a week, but now, 😆 I only work my legs 1x or 2x a week, sometimes I ditch leg days cause I just realized how exhausting leg day is. Now, my favorite day is upper day..

I don't follow any specific diet. I eat whatever I want. I don't deprived myself from eating the food I want. I don't believe those things I see in social media. Do whatever makes you happy.

Exercise makes me happy, especially when I see progress and I feel that I'm getting stronger. I didn't work my ass off just to look sexy, or just to look good. My goal is to be STRONGER. I don't care if some people call me fat or whatever, yes sometimes, it gets to me.. but I try my best not to take it as negative. Some people will call you fat, some people will call you sexy, sometimes it's really annoying hahahah but fck it. I do me. I'm strong. Also, not to brag, I can lift heavy than the other guys at the gym. So I don't care whatever they say. hahaha

So yeah... MORE GAINS IN 2022..
