Maybe I can bring to your bed a bowl of homemade Chicken noodle soup. Protein from the chicken and egg noodles in a hot broth having electrolyte to replace what lost in a sweaty fever, tender yam cubed with red bell peppers for cold supportive Vitamin C, A and energy metabolism B6, potassium, niacin, magnesium, Corn kernels for longer chain saccarides, parsley for a little color with essential minerals.
And a piece of dark semi sweet chocolate on the side for the anti-oxidants. 🥣
