Ever attended a wedding and you become so immersed by the love that saturates the whole atmosphere and at that moment you wish you were the one standing at the altar to be married to your soulmate? That’s how I feel every single time I attend a wedding.
I love to watch two people who are madly in love say their vows in the midst of every important person in their lives, I love to watch as they smile and blush like love-struck puppies and I really love how their status changes from engaged to married in a matter of minutes.
Love is beautiful and I love to celebrate anyone who finds it in this chaotic world.
Tell us about your dream wedding
My dream wedding? I have so much planned out in my head as I am a huge fan of romantic movies so yes I have tons of romantic scenes in my head but then again my wedding ain’t the “movies” right?
To start with, I do not want a flamboyant wedding where I would have to invite ever, Tom, Dick Harry and Princess. I want a wedding that would be filled with only people who are important to me. I hate being in the spotlight so having an extravagant wedding wouldn’t be too good for me
I want a simple wedding but one that still has a touch of fairy tale in it hehehehehe, a little fairy tale is not gonna hurt anyone right? I want something really memorable. 10 to 20 years later when I recount my wedding to people I want to still feel butterflies in my stomach.
I want my dream wedding to be stress-free, I don't want to get all worked up for the most minute thing. It’s my nature to get worried sick for the most irrelevant thing.
On my wedding day, I want to be all calm, collected, beautiful, graceful, and genuinely happy on my big day, I do not want to be bothered about the caterer not showing up on time or the food not being nice, or even family matters, I just want to forget all the problems of life and savor every moment as my wedding happens just once in a lifetime.
On my big day, I want to say so many things to my husband, not just my vows but a truckload of other things, and with every word I say I would love for him to look straight into my eyes so he can see the undiluted love that I have for him, lolz homeboy is in for a long emotional ride😂😂
As much as I adore Afro beats I would love to play more slow and soothing songs while I and my husband's arms are wrapped around each other while we dance alongside.
In a nutshell, I would love everything to go smoothly on my wedding day, no siblings or family rivalries as that is common over here, I would love everyone who honored our invitation to go back home happy and in one piece. I wouldn’t like to hear that anyone had an accident while returning from my wedding.
In conclusion, I want a conducive atmosphere, good music, food, entertainment, good pictures, and happy people.
While having a long-lasting marriage is the goal having a memorable wedding isn’t such a bad idea either.
These and many more I would love to happen on my wedding day, so help me God!
Thanks for stopping by
Loads of love🥰🥰
