1️⃣ If you plan to grow a vegetable garden, what is your favorite vegetable to grow, and what dishes do you use if for? Feel free to include a special recipe using that vegetable!

I am so passionate about growing plants, it is hard work but you enjoy doing it all the time. If I had a vegetable garden I would grow the main and most practical plants that I use every day in food meals. They are tomato, potato, garlic, cucumber, onion, carrot, cabbage, eggplant, zucchini, and herbs such as turmeric. Plant juice such as celery stalks, carrot and cucumber, and lemon are my favorites. I think all the plants are useful and we need a vast variety of plants in our life. But as the question wants to know what is my first choice, I can tell you that I would prefer to plant tomato. Because it is one of the widely used plants for cooking a colorful variety of foods such as omelets, different kinds of stews, and a kind of rice with tomato that are my favorites. They are easy to grow, long-season, and beautiful. Very practical and nutritious. Tomato is one of the most powerful plants among many plants on the earth. A shiny red diamond with emerald green and yellow seeds inside. It is great to cook with almost anything.

1️⃣ Si piensas cultivar un huerto, ¿cuál es tu verdura favorita y para qué platos la utilizas? No dudes en incluir una receta especial con esa verdura.

Me apasiona el cultivo de plantas, es un trabajo duro pero se disfruta haciéndolo siempre. Si tuviera un huerto cultivaría las plantas principales y más prácticas que utilizo a diario en las comidas. Son el tomate, la patata, el ajo, el pepino, la cebolla, la zanahoria, la col, la berenjena, el calabacín y hierbas como la cúrcuma. Los zumos de plantas como los tallos de apio, la zanahoria y el pepino, y el limón son mis favoritos. Creo que todas las plantas son útiles y necesitamos una gran variedad de plantas en nuestra vida. Pero como la pregunta quiere saber cuál es mi primera opción, puedo decir que preferiría plantar tomate. Porque es una de las plantas más utilizadas para cocinar una colorida variedad de alimentos como tortillas, diferentes tipos de guisos y una especie de arroz con tomate que son mis favoritos. Son fáciles de cultivar, de larga temporada y hermosos. Muy prácticos y nutritivos. El tomate es una de las plantas más potentes entre las muchas que hay en la tierra. Un diamante rojo brillante con semillas verde esmeralda y amarillo en su interior. Es estupendo para cocinar con casi todo.

2️⃣ Do you ever wish for simpler times, or do you prefer the modern 'techy' world of today? Which would you choose to live by, and why?

Yes, I always daydream that I’m an old lady living in a village and having a big garden and a ground farm. I enjoy being in a place where I’m surrounded by many plants. It is a satisfying life. But in the 21st century, it is inevitable to disconnect yourself from the techy world because people always attempting to have a comfortable life and their techy life is surprisingly growing at a fast speed. I think we can try not to disconnect ourselves from nature and natural life.

2️⃣ **¿Deseas alguna vez tiempos más sencillos o prefieres el mundo moderno y "tecnológico" de hoy? ¿Qué elegiría para vivir y por qué?

Sí, siempre sueño despierta que soy una anciana que vive en un pueblo y tiene un gran jardín y una granja de tierra. Me gusta estar en un lugar donde estoy rodeada de muchas plantas. Es una vida satisfactoria. Pero en el siglo XXI es inevitable desconectarse del mundo tecnológico porque la gente siempre intenta tener una vida cómoda y su vida tecnológica crece sorprendentemente a gran velocidad. Creo que podemos intentar no desconectarnos de la naturaleza y de la vida natural.
