¡Hola Hive! Espero que todos se encuentren bien. Este es mi primer post en esta comunidad y hoy quiero compartirles esta nueva experiencia que viví, que resultó ser bastante enriquecedora en términos de mi desarrollo personal, ya les cuento.
Hello Hive! I hope you are all feeling well. This is my first post in this community and today I want to share with you this new experience I lived, which turned out to be quite enriching in terms of my personal development, I'll tell you about it.
Pues resulta que nos avisaron de una Feria de Trabajo que iba a suceder aquí en Corupá y fuimos todos a probar suerte. Ya hace casi un mes desde que vine a vivir a Brasil con mi familia y esposo y recientemente nos instalamos en la ciudad de Corupá en el estado de Santa Catarina. Hasta ahora mi esposo era el único que había podido conseguir trabajo, es por eso que decidimos ir todos juntos a esta feria y buscar un trabajo adecuado para nosotros, así todos podemos ayudarnos más.
Nos levantamos temprano y salimos para la feria. El día estaba bastante nublado, pero por suerte no llovió. Mi hermano menor también fue con nosotros, aunque él no está en edad de trabajar.
It turns out that we were notified of a Job Fair that was going to happen here in Corupá and we all went to try our luck. It has been almost a month since I came to live in Brazil with my family and husband and we recently settled in the city of Corupá in the state of Santa Catarina. Until now my husband was the only one who had been able to get a job, that's why we decided to go all together to this fair and look for a suitable job for us, so we can all help each other more.
We got up early and left for the fair. The day was quite cloudy, but luckily it didn't rain. My younger brother also went with us, although he is not of working age.

Al llegar a la feria de trabajo no sabíamos que esperar, pues esto no es algo que se hace en Cuba, por lo que toda la experiencia fue nueva para nosotros. La feria consistía en varios puestos que representaban diversos trabajos y en cada uno te iban explicando en que consistía el trabajo y te hacían algunas preguntas a modo de entrevista. Si te interesaba el trabajo llenabas un formulario y dejabas tu información.
En mi caso, apliqué para varios trabajos, ahora me queda esperar la llamada de confirmación de alguno, la verdad espero que pueda ser aceptada, ya que me gustaría poder ayudar a mi familia lo más rápido posible.
When we arrived at the job fair we did not know what to expect, as this is not something that is done in Cuba, so the whole experience was new to us. The fair consisted of several booths representing different jobs and at each one they explained what the job consisted of and asked you some interview questions. If you were interested in the job you filled out a form and left your information.
In my case, I applied for several jobs, now I have to wait for the confirmation call from one of them, I really hope I can be accepted, since I would like to be able to help my family as soon as possible.

Fue un día bastante interesante y me gustó el proceso, pues creo que es una buena idea este tipo de ferias para que las personas puedan encontrar empleo. También fue una experiencia enriquecedora, ya que pude ver cómo mis habilidades pueden ser útiles en diversos empleos y siempre hay espacio para aprender cosas nuevas. Espero que todo nos salga bien. It was quite an interesting day and I liked the process, as I think it is a good idea to have this kind of fairs so that people can find jobs. It was also an enriching experience, as I was able to see how my skills can be useful in different jobs and there is always room to learn new things. I hope everything goes well for us.
