  • Notice how your mind processes the negative emotions.

  • Focus on what makes you think negatively.

  • Look how your negative thoughts and acts are making an impact.

Now you know, what is going wrong. It's time to change things in to positive. And the best way is to replace positive thoughts and acts with the negative one.

  • Don't remind yourself of the events, don't befriend the people that make you feel negative and reminds negative things.

  • Push your mind to think something positive when negativity grabs your mind.

  • Be with positive-minded people, practice positive thinking to replace negative thoughts and emotions.

Let me give you an example!

Suppose one of your co-workers makes you feel bad about your work at the office. Now you have to choose how to get out of the negativity. You can reduce thinking about that person, reduce the connection, make a positive impact so it automatically changes their minds, don't let this impact on your life, try to change things, and if not then move on.

You see, it sounds hard but once you decide to make a positive impact in your life it will not seem that much difficult. Try it and you will not be amazed seeing the positive changes in life!
