Fruit and Cereal, Yogurt Dessert

Hello All!
This is my entry in @ecotrain's healthy cooking contest. I want to thank the members of the @ecotrain team for creating such cooking contests, this is a great place for me to share my healthy recipes. We all want delicious and healthy meals that are good for our bodies. But more modern society, people are busier and even some people don't have time to cook. That's why fast food chains grow very fast and strong and many of us are addicted to eating fast food. Fast food is not good for health, they contain too much fat and are not good for the digestive system. We can't tell if fast food in restaurants is clean or dirty. That's why no matter how busy I am, I still try to cook meals for my family. This dessert is not something that needs to be boiled or cooked, this dessert is my favorite food wherever I go. You just need some fruit, cereal and yogurt and you will have a delicious, refreshing and healthy dessert.

This dessert is suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner, in short, you can eat it at any time of the day. This is also the dessert that I often see appearing at buffet restaurants. Instead of eating desserts like cakes, ice cream, cheesecake, pudding, panna cotta, tiramisu, I prefer to eat fresh fruit plate with yogurt.

These are the ingredients in my dessert recipe:

  • Apple
  • Red dragon fruit
  • Watermelon
  • Oranges
  • Pear
  • Grape
  • Yogurt
  • Condensed milk
  • Cereals

    You can add other fruits you love such as: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, kiwi, pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, avocado, ..

First you need to wash the fruits and dry them. Peel and cut them into small squares. I garnished some fruit on a plate LOL and the rest of the fruit served with yogurt. Put all the fruits in a bowl, add the yogurt and sprinkle the cereal on top. Don't forget to add condensed milk to make this dessert sweeter. I used Vinamilk yogurt - a famous milk brand in Vietnam and Calbee cereal - a Japanese cereal that I have seen my friends eat often.

Serve immediately, it will taste better if you add shaved ice.
