When you are angry...

Feeling angry? Feeling anxious and stressed? Using sower words? Cursing others and probably your life too? Well, we all go through this. No matter if you are an introvert or express yourself very well. You will feel anger because it is natural. And I would say, we also should expose these negative emotions.

But the consequences we create by expressing anger are something that makes us embarrassed and uncomfortable. So we should know how to control and express this in a better way. Yeah, there's actually no better way to express anger but at least we can try to minimize the consequences.

When you feel angry, just breathe. Take a moment to let go of the emotion. This instant technique can save your from making any worst consequences. Just sit down instantly when you feel angry by thinking or seeing any situation. Take a deep breath before you open your mouth. Just 30 seconds and you will start to see the situation from a different angle. This is what we need most to deal with anger in a better way.

But we always know it's not easy to do that, to let go of our emotions instantly. And if you don't have much control over your emotional status then you may not feel 'less angry' after even a few minutes. In that case, we can work on the background first. Like knowing our trigger, better understanding of our emotions. better management capability of our emotions, etc.

  • Moreover, you can practice 'Pause and go'. When you find yourself is expressing anger in a worse way as it's always not possible to hold ourselves; in that case just pause there. Take a moment to breathe and understand what you are doing. And then go for what you think is right.

Whatever you do, know that showing utmost anger is never helpful. So better know how to express it in a better way and have some control over it.
