2020 Election Fraud: Fact Checking the 'Fact Checkers' | #SuitecaseGate - Video Shows Evidence of Likely Georgia Ballot Stuffing

As overwhelming evidence of widespread election fraud has continued to mount over the past several weeks, the establishment is struggling to maintain its illusory narrative that the 2020 elections were the most fair and secure elections in American history. One such piece of glaring evidence responsible for sparking much controversy and debate is the recently released CCTV footage from a Fulton County vote counting site, Georgia's State Farm Arena, responsible for the rise of the #SuitecaseGate hashtag across social media over the past few days. The video appears to show dozens of vote-counters, media personnel and election observers exiting the building around 10:30pm, leaving just four counters who then pull what appear to be several suitcases filled with ballots out from under a black table, and then proceed to unload the ballots and feed them through the tabulating machines for several hours in what looks to be a clear case of ballot stuffing, or stuffing the ballot box with Biden votes under the cover of their newfound privacy in the recently vacated space while the public was being told that vote counting had officially ended for the night between 10-11pm. Video shows actual counting by the four remaining people continued until nearly 1am in the morning.

The Trump team presented the video as evidence of fraud during a Georgia Senate hearing, and this presentation walking viewers through the events of the evening and key segments of the footage can be seen in the 30 minute clip of the hearing below, from Sky News:

A much shorter overview can be seen in the following clip from a Newsmax segment:

The Trump team maintains that poll watchers left for the night when an announcement was made that counting was finished for the night, followed by a mass vacating of the building by the vast majority of occupants, including the media. Georgia election officials maintain that nothing unusual, "bizarre or odd" took place on Election Night in Fulton County, and that this video is not evidence of fraud, wrongdoing or corruption of any kind. Big Tech 'fact-checkers' have 'debunked' these 'baseless claims' of fraud, deeming the apparent ballot stuffing shown in the video to be nothing but "legal counting," with the star Facebook 'fact-checker' site, Lead Stories, posing a "hoax alert" 'fact check' entitled, "Fact Check: Video From Georgia Does NOT Show Suitcases Filled With Ballots Suspiciously Pulled From Under A Table; Poll Watchers Were NOT Told To Leave"

For those who prefer video presentations or want additional confirmations of the material laid out in this post, please see the in-depth hour-long video below by YouTube channel Pockets of the Future fact-checking the 'fact-checkers', entitled "Watch me Dismantle Bogus Fulton County Suitcase Fact Checker & Big new Evidence":

In reality, no substantial evidence of fraud or unusual behavior was actually debunked by this so-called fact-check, as I will now document. But before diving into this desperate attempt to debunk this clear evidence of Georgia election shenanigans, let's take a quick look at the indisputable facts of this story.

Overview of the 'Suitecase Gate' Evidence

Fulton County has a long history of all sorts of election problems that scream corruption, which have even triggered national attention and scrutiny, and were highlighted yet again in the county's 2020 primary election, at which time one of the numerous voters to speak up about the issues said: “I don’t know if the Secretary of State is incompetent or if they’re trying to suppress votes, or what, but they need to get this sorted before November.”

Fulton County is a densely populated county as it includes part of Atlanta, and thus provides a large percentage of the total Georgia vote count. Trump was leading the presidential election by a large margin in Georgia (and a number of other swing states in which the outcome is hotly contested) as Election Night wound down, but then in the early morning hours what appeared to be massive illegal 'vote dumps' for Biden secured a Biden 'win'.

Like the other states that followed this strange pattern, new batches of votes reported in the early morning hours were largely responsible for this swing from Trump to Biden. Official numbers indicate that Biden 'won' Georgia by just 12,000 some votes. Late night/early morning vote counting behind closed doors at the State Farm Arena seen in the controversial video footage shows the tabulating of a large number of votes taken from what appear to be suitcases that had been stored under a black table as opposed to the standard ballot bins used for other ballots, and this continued from around 11pm to until after 1am, plenty long enough to 'stuff the ballot box' with a good chunk of the 12,000 some Biden votes that ultimately secured Biden's official 'win' there.

Before this suspicious counting began, the video shows the building being cleared out around 10:30pm, following what appears to be an announcement (the video has no audio) by an authority figure that voting was done for the night and possibly an order for everyone to go home for the night, followed by the previously mentioned mass exit by all occupants but the four people who remained behind to tabulate the suspicious ballots which had been stowed away during the bulk of the evening's vote counting. Sworn affidavits from two witnesses who served as republican poll watchers that evening describe how the woman in blonde hair seen giving this apparent announcement in the video, whom they assumed to be the supervisor, announced that vote counting was done for the night and workers should go home and return to finish counting in the morning. The witnesses, who also allege having their view of the counting obstructed even while they were there, then followed the workers out a little later, leaving alongside the Fox News crew, assuming counting had indeed been completed for the night as they had all been told.

Furthermore, it wasn't just two lone republican conspiracy nuts claiming they had been told Fulton County vote counting had been stopped for the night, but also multiple media liaisons. Multiple local and national media outlets reported in no uncertain terms that the counting of ballots had been put on hold due to a major water pipe leak (some even reporting a burst main), and had finished for the night shortly after 10pm, to be concluded in the morning, when the approximately 40,000 or so uncounted ballots would be tallied up. This aligns with the witness testimony backed up by the actual State Farm Arena video footage, with the only problem being the supposed water line breakage turns out to have been nothing but a leaky toilet, while national media reported the leak as occurring that evening while local outlets reported the leak had occurred in the morning.

What is universally recognized by the media and the witnesses is that the parties involved had all been told vote counting in Fulton County was done for the night and would not be resumed until the morning. As reported by ABC News in an article entitled "Pipe bursts in Atlanta arena causing 4-hour delay in processing ballots":

Later in the night, Regina Waller, the Fulton County public affairs manager for elections, told ABC News that the election department sent the State Farm Arena absentee ballot counters home at 10:30 p.m. despite earlier intentions to complete processing Tuesday night. Some additional numbers could still come out Tuesday night, but as of now the staff will be back at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

This 'unintended' delay coincided with several voting machine glitches reported across Georgia on Election Day, followed by the unusual flipping of the red Gwinnett County blue, among other anomalies being reported in Georgia and across the entire country. But according to the official statement by one County spokeswoman, stopping the counting was very much intentional, as it had been "planned" and was, according to election officials part of the standard "procedure."

From The Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

They planned to stop scanning absentee ballots at 10:30 p.m. and pick it up back in the morning. No official could explain before press time why Fulton was stopping its count of absentee ballots at that time, only saying that was the procedure.

“As planned, Fulton County will continue to tabulate the remainder of absentee ballots over the next two days. Absentee ballot processing requires that each ballot is opened, signatures verified, and ballots scanned. This is a labor-intensive process that takes longer to tabulate than other forms of voting. Fulton County did not anticipate having all absentee ballots processed on Election Day,” the county spokeswoman wrote in a statement.

"No official could explain before press time why Fulton was stopping its count of absentee ballots at that time," the AJC reports, and one possible reason for such a failure of explanation could just be that the real reason for this both "unintended" and yet "planned" counting freeze was designed to clear out the facility in order to facilitate the secret counting of stacks of fixed Biden ballots, and this could also help to explain why most media outlets reported the water leak as the reason for the counting 'stop' that night.

Two 11Alive journalists on site that night also "independently confirmed" that "they were told counting was done for the night." Numerous television news outlets also reported that counting was finished for the night and would resume the next morning.

Coincidentally, or maybe not, the secret counting of this batch of suspicious ballots took place in the hours immediately preceding the early morning vote count update heavily favoring Biden that looks to have been a dump of illegal Biden votes.

Furthermore this apparent vote dump in Georgia also coincided with the apparent Biden vote dump in Michigan (and Wisconsin), which the establishment 'fact-checkers' were similarly unable to satisfactorily debunk, as I've previously covered elsewhere (see end of post for a brief summary of that similarly laughable and desperate fact-check fail).

Fact-Checking the 'Fact-Checkers'

First and foremost it should be noted that Lead Stories relies upon, as their sole source of the 'facts' from that night, the very Georgia election officials who may be implicated in criminal actions by this evidence, which is on its face an indication of the inherent pro-establishment bias of these so-called fact-checkers.

Lead Stories introduces their 'fact-check' with this:

Does security camera video show a Fulton County, Georgia, election supervisor suspiciously pulling suitcases filled with ballots from under a table after telling poll workers to leave the room? And did that election official continue to illegally count ballots without required monitors in a manner that calls into question Joe Biden's narrow win over Donald Trump in Georgia? No, those claim are not true: Two high-level officials with the Georgia secretary of state's office and a state elections board monitor each told Lead Stories that their investigations revealed nothing suspicious in the video.

As Mollie Hemingway put it in her amazing piece exposing this laughable 'fact-check' published by The Federalist: "Leaving aside whether relying solely and uncritically on government officials’ claims constitutes anything close to a “fact” “check,” let’s look at the claim that party observers were never told that counting was over for the night."

If counting continued into the morning, for several hours after poll watchers and the media were told counting was done for the night, as we now know took place, then we have a clear and obvious deception that led to the perfect opportunity for ballot stuffing, created by the secretive closed-door counting environment such an announcement would naturally create for any counters staying behind.

"Why are they only counting them whenever the place is cleared out with no witnesses?" Pick asked during her presentation of the video at the Georgia Congressional hearing.

"11Alive was able to determine that this part is true. The media and the party monitors were not given notice that counting would continue into the early morning hours and they should have been."

Even some of the mainstream 'fact-checkers' have been forced to admit that the lie creating this problematic scenario "should not have been" told. And yet it was, bringing into question the integrity of the entire Fulton County vote counting operation conducted at the State Farm Arena that night.

Central to the establishment argument, however, is that "Poll Watchers Were NOT Told to Leave," as indicated by the Lead Stories headline. And while this may well be technically true, it does not alter the case for fraud that this video evidence provides, which rests upon the fact that the poll-watchers and media personnel who were present, along with the general public via local and national media, were notified that counting was finished for the night, prompting them all to go home. Whether or not they were 'forced' to leave is irrelevant, given that no poll watcher or media observer in their right minds would continue to stick around to observe vote counting that had officially ended for the night!

From Lead Stories:

The media and party observers were never told to leave because counting was over for the night, but they apparently followed workers who left once their job of opening envelopes was completed, the chief investigator for the secretary of state told Lead Stories. The observers were free to return at anytime, she said. Georgia law allows observers, but does not require them to be there for ballots to be counted, she said.

Obviously, if the party and media observers were told that counting was done for the night when it wasn't, and then the majority of vote count workers began to leave, prompting the observers to follow suit, then they along with the entire American public were grossly mislead. Either counting was over for the night or it wasn't, and if it wasn't, announcing that it was over would clearly lead to poll watchers and media crews leaving the building under the assumption that counting was over for the night, leaving the building empty of all but the remaining four counters, free of any observers for several hours, during which time a large number of ballots were 'counted' - being run through the tabulating machines, some even put through twice it looks like.

So while it may be true that "party observers were never told to leave," all of the available evidence clearly shows that they (and the entire country) were told that counting was over for the night, naturally prompting them to leave before vote counting then mysteriously resumed in secret.

But according to Frances Watson, chief investigator for the Georgia secretary of state who spoke to Lead Stories by phone:

Nobody told them to stay. Nobody told them to leave. Nobody gave them any advice on what they should do. And It was still open for them or the public to come back in to view at whatever time they wanted to, as long as they were still working.

But the problem doesn't lie with whether or not the observers were free to come back whenever they wanted, as they were naturally under the assumption that VOTE COUNTING HAD BEEN STOPPED FOR THE NIGHT! It hadn't, but how would they know this? They would only find out after arriving at the central warehouse where media crews had also gathered, and were there told by some news crew that counting was actually still ongoing, but by the time they finally made it back to the Arena the counting had just ended for the second time, this time really for the night. Whether or not poll watchers were technically allowed to observe counting became irrelevant the minute that the announcement was made that counting was done for the night.

But the official story gets even more strange when the Fulton County Election Administrator himself, Richard Barron, actually admitted that he had personally ordered the counters to work all night until they had made it through all of the ballots when he heard they were preparing to go home for the night. Barron also contradicted the verifiable fact that workers were told to go home, as counting was finished for the night.

No announcement was ever made to leave, for anyone to leave,” Barron said. “Certain staff that were on the cutting stations, that were on the flattening stations, that were extracting from the inner envelopes, those staff left as work completed. I found out sometime, I think a little after 10:30, that they were going to cease operations, and I told them not to do that.”

So he says that no announcement was ever made, and that the 'cutters' just left "as work completed," but this just so happened to be all at once, immediately following some announcement, as evidenced by both video footage and two witnesses. Barron's unsubstantiated claims are also contradicted in the audio of another local elections official, Ralph Jones, who told other government officials earlier on Election Day that the State Farm Arena would be shutting down for the night at 10 or 11 PM on Election Night, confirming that the 'counting stop' had indeed been planned in advance. But as we now know, the counting didn't actually stop, meaning that either the plan had always been to merely announce the stopping of vote counting to create the ideal conditions for ballot stuffing or there had actually been a plan to stop the counting which had been reversed by the disheveled Fulton Election Chief Richard Barron, when he personally ordered the counting to continue as he claims he did. After attempting to refute the claims that this video constitutes evidence of fraud in a Zoom meeting with fellow election officials, he admitted he hadn't even watched the video himself!

Ralph Jones, it turns out, was one of the four people to stick around at the Arena for continued vote counting once it was cleared out and voting had supposedly stopped, and he also originated the fairy tale about a burst pipe used by the media to make better sense of the story they were told that voting had been stopped.

According to the Lead Stories 'fact check', "Gabriel Sterling, a Republican and Georgia's voting system implementation manager," said that everything seen on the video is normal procedure and nothing looks "bizarre or odd." And while he is certainly entitled to hold this opinion, it is worth noting that these particular 'fact-checkers' also feature a statement from another official that directly contradicts Sterling's assessment of what is seen taking place in the video, rendering the conclusion reached in this "fact check," which is based upon these contradictory statements, to be utterly lacking in credibility.

Sterling said:

If you look at the video tape, the work you see is the work you would expect, which is you take the sealed suitcase looking things in, you place the ballots on the scanner in manageable batches and you scan them.

He clearly admits the mysterious "suitcase looking things" did in fact contain ballots which were taken out and scanned in batches, as seen on the video. However this is disputed by the chief investigator for the Georgia secretary of state, Frances Watson, who maintains there were no containers under the table filled with ballots. She said:

There wasn't a bin that had ballots in it under that table. It was an empty bin and the ballots from it were actually out on the table when the media were still there, and then it was placed back into the box when the media were still there and placed next to the table.

The video of course refutes this absurd claim, as the ballots inside these suitcase-looking containers were not at any point seen sitting "out on the table" and then being put into the containers "when the media were still there," before being once again removed once the media left. To the contrary, at no time are the ballots that are removed from the "suitcase looking things" after the media left seen sitting on the table and being loaded into these same 'suitcases' before the media left. She also claimed that the containers of ballots stowed away under the black table were not suitcases but rather the standard containers used for the ballot counting process. This does not explain why they look different than the standard boxes seen out in the open, and it certainly doesn't explain why the announcement was made that counting was stopping and then continued once the premise had been cleared of all but the remaining four suspects.

Such ridiculous explanations by Fulton County election officials are obviously last-minute acts of desperation to save face after serious election irregularities have been exposed. But simply deeming these irregularities to be regular doesn't make the evidence go away, but such official statements nonetheless appear to be a desperate attempt to explain why there were multiple non-standard containers filled with ballots hidden under a table, only to be removed and counted (tabulated) once the room was cleared out and counting officially 'stopped'.

In a similarly nonsensical explanation, when Richard Barron was asked why these particular ballots were being stored in irregular containers under the table while all the other ballots were being kept out in the open in standard containers, he said the reason for this was because the boxes of ballots were too heavy to be lifted up onto the table and set back on the ground over and over. And yet this is exactly what happens with every other box of ballots being stored in the open, as can be seen in the video, with the full trays of uncounted ballots initially lifted out of the standard boxes and placed on the tables and then after being tabulated the full trays of counted ballots being set back into the boxes on the ground. All parties involved seem to clearly be grasping for straws, as none of their explanations actually satisfactorily answer the underlying questions posed by skeptics which are fueling the supposedly 'baseless' claims that this constitutes evidence of fraud.

The establishment 'fact-checkers' conclude that nothing odd or unusual is recorded in this video, only completely normal, "legal counting." But they provide no proof, only opinions by the same people who may be responsible for the very irregular and possibly criminal behavior that is in question. At the end of the day, the truth remains that an announcement was made that vote counting had been stopped for the night, which prompted both the media and poll watchers who were present to leave alongside most of the workers who had been involved with counting up until that point, and this announcement was widely reported across the mainstream media. This announcement gave those who stayed behind the opportunity to engage in the act ballot stuffing, scanning numerous batches of suspicious ballots behind closed doors.

And indeed, this may well have been entirely legal counting the whole night just as the establishment insists. It doesn't look that way to me, but it could be. Then again, it may have just as well been a major ballot stuffing effort caught on camera, and since all of the media and poll watchers had gone home for the night, there will never be proof either way. Those could-have-been witnesses to potential fraud weren't there to witness anything at all, because they along with the entire country had been deceived with the lie that counting was finished for the night, when in fact in resumed shortly after the building had been cleared.

As Scott Adams explains in a recent video that went viral on Twitter, the 2020 election was nontransparent by force, or in this particular case nontransparent by deception. Bullies chased out witnesses of the vote count at ballot processing centers all across the country, and in this case witnesses were driven out with a simple lie. Once this fact has been established, nothing else matters. Counting was carried out in secret, behind closed doors, after witnesses were chased out by force and sometimes clever deception. And how can any reasonable person expect conclusive evidence of fraud be produced when the very potential witnesses of fraud were barred from witnessing the vote count in the very same places at which the majority of fraud allegations arise?

There may or may not have been a ballot stuffing operation caught on camera in Fulton County, Georgia, and now we may never know, because there were no witnesses present during the time period this alleged ballot stuffing took place. What we do know as a matter of fact, however, is that witnesses weren't present for this suspicious period of counting, and the reason they weren't present is because they were lied to be an election official who falsely announced that counting was done for the night when it clearly wasn't. No amount of establishment 'fact-checking' can change this fundamental truth, which is why the establishment is ignoring this key aspect of the story.

It isn't the first time the 'fact-checkers' have twisted the official 'no evidence of fraud' narrative into a knot of ridiculous contradictions, as I referenced above. This rings especially true with the early morning Michigan and Wisconsin 'vote dumps' which instantly garnered over 100,000 Biden votes and almost none for Trump in both cases. We may never know just how large the scale of election fraud was in this presidential race, but we can know with certainty that the establishment 'fact-checkers' aren't in the business of selling straight facts or telling you the whole truth. Case in point, as can be seen in the screenshot below, taken from my original post exposing this particular "fact check."

Screenshot_2020-12-09 jasonliberty.png

In that article I go on to write:

Was it a "simple error from a file created by the state" in need of correction, or "juggling streams of numbers...sometimes entering one candidate at a time" that needed no correction? Because it can't be both. Or maybe it was just "an apparent typo on a lone national media site," as USA initially reported, before updating their article to reflect the 'typo' originating from the county, not the media??? Or here's an idea, maybe the funky data entry method is the error! So many 'facts' to choose from when debunking those pesky 'baseless claims', it must be fun to be a fact-checker in times like these.

Seems not much has changes from then til' now, apart from the vast amount of evidence, or should I say baseless claims, which the establishment 'fact-checkers' are forced to 'fact check' for their establishment Big Tech overlords. This post covers just a small sample of the mountain of evidence of fraud that has come out in the weeks following the election since I last posted on the subject.

Full Georgia testimony from 12/3/20, which includes the official presentation of this video evidence and much more, can be seen below:

Video of the #StopTheSteal rally in Georgia on 12/2/20, featuring speakers Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, can also be seen below, where much of the Georgia-related evidence of fraud is discussed:

The text of the lawsuit filed by David Shafer last Friday (12/4) in Fulton County can be read here, and includes the following allegations regarding numbers of illegal votes tallied in the official Georgia vote count numbers:

  • 2,560 felons,
  • 66,247 underage registrants,
  • 2,423 people who were not on the state’s voter rolls,
  • 4,926 voters who had registered in another state after they registered in Georgia, making them ineligible,
  • 395 people who cast votes in another state for the same election,
  • 15,700 voters who had filed national change of address forms without re-registering,
  • 40,279 people who had moved counties without re-registering,
  • 1,043 people who claimed the physical impossibility of a P.O. Box as their address,
  • 98 people who registered after the deadline, and, among others,
  • 10,315 people who were deceased on election day (8,718 of whom had been registered as dead before their votes were accepted).

Meanwhile, according to the official final Georgia numbers after an electronic recount, Joe Biden beat Donald Trump by just 12,670 votes. It should be noted that at least one small county, Coffee County, refused to to certify the electronic recount numbers given its "inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results," raising serious doubts regarding the accuracy of the numbers achieved through this electronic recount. This refusal to certify the recount numbers was explained in a letter written by the local election officials and sent to the Secretary of State.

“Any system, financial, voting, or otherwise, that is not repeatable nor dependable should not be used,” officials wrote in the letter. “To demand certification of patently inaccurate results neither serves the objective of the electoral system nor satisfies the legal obligation to certify the electronic recount.”

Most would consider such inability to repeatedly duplicate vote tallies during a recount as demonstrable proof of fraud, or at the very least a totally unreliable and thus fraudulent recount.

As reported by WALB News:

Along with the letter, Coffee County elections officials also sent Raffenserger’s office a document that “illuminates that the electronic recount lacks credibility.” Election officials also said that no election board has the ability to “reconcile the anomalies” that are shown in that document.

Given this recount's lack of credibility, the Governor's refusal to convene a special congressional session requested to debate a potential decertification of Georgia's vote, and the state's refusal to conduct a hand recount alongside a signature audit, it is clear there is a concerted effort underway by establishment players in Georgia to ensure a nontransparent Biden win, and it will be most interesting to see where things go from here with such a widespread lack of transparency and confidence in the official outcome of this presidential race in Georgia.

Regardless of the eventual outcome of this clown show (s)election charade, the establishment media still continues to habitually lie to the people, the government continues to steal from the people, the Big Tech 'fact-checkers' continue to lose all credibility, the Orwellian Covid1984 agenda continues to march forward, and it seems at this point the American public will have zero faith that the next American President was fairly elected, no matter which candidate that ends up being. I hope you all are ready for the possibility of coming civil war, because that is quite clearly what all of this is inevitably leading towards, no doubt just the way those pulling the strings want it.
