Hello dear Hivers!
This is my first post in
IAmAliveChalllenge. Firstly I would
like to make short introduction myself.
I am from Myanmar. My name is
KoKoMoeHein. It is very difficult
for you to call my name. So you can
call me KoKo. I am 27 years old.
I like drawing and playing guitar.
Now I am alive and I want to say
"thanks God". And thanks to my
parents for giving me a perfect
birth. And "Thank" the world for
your kind of me.
Today I started my work at 6am.
It is too early then others day. Because of the An unjust military coup government announce that
do not get out from home from
9am to 3:30pm. I do not want to
say about political. So stop it by.
I had my breakfast by cooking myself at 8 am. After that I used
my phone and read some news in
Hive blog. I worked back from
3pm to 6pm. This is my today of
activites.
I am very happy to be a part of this challenge.

If you want to achieve your goals
you need to be healthy. For the
healthy you need to some do Sports.
If you can not do any Sports you
should take a walk at least for
1905 Steps daily (According to the
World Health Organization / WHO)

တို့ပိုစ်တင်ပျက်မှာ စိတ်မပူရတော့ဘူးပေါ့။

မိမိတွေ့ကြုံရတာတွေ မျှဝေရေးသားပေးယုံပါပဲ။
ကျွန်တော်နှင့် မန်းလေးမြို့
ဒီနေ့ကတော့ အရင်နေ့များထက် ခြောက်ကပ်လို့
နေပါတယ်။ ပစ္စည်းပို့တာ သွားနေရတာ စိတ်က
စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်မှုများစွာနဲ့။ မနက် ၉နာရီကနေ ညနေ
၃ နာရီအထိအပြင်မထွက်ရအမိန့်တဲ့။ လမ်းတိုင်းကို
ပိတ်စစ်တယ်။ ပြီးရင် ကားနဲ့လိုက်ဖမ်းတယ်။ တခြား
မပြောနဲ့ အိမ်ရှေ့ထွက်ထိုင်နေတာကိုပင် အိမ်ပြင်မှာ
နေလို့ဆိုပြီး ထိုင်ထလုပ်ခိုင်းပါတယ်။ ဒီထက်ဆိုးတာ
က စျေးသည်များပင်။ စျေးသည်များ ၉ နာရီထိုးလို့
မသိမ်းသေးရင် လာရောက်ကာ အချုပ်ကားပေါ်
တက်မလား ဒဏ်ငွေ ၅ သောင်းဆောင်မလားဟုမေး
ပြီး ဖမ်းပါတယ်။ အဲ့လိုမျိုးကြောင့် မန်းလေးမြို့ရဲ့
လမ်းမတွေဟာ မနက် ၉ နာရီဆိုတာနဲ့ ရှင်းလင်း
ခြောက်ကပ်နေကာ မြို့ပျက်ကြီးနဲ့တာ တူနေပါတော့
တယ်။ စားစရာပစ္စည်းပို့တဲ့ လူအနည်းငယ်တာ
လမ်းမပေါ်ရှိတယ်။ စိတ်မချမ်းသာ စရာများအား
မရေးသား၊ မဖော်ပြလိုတော့ပါ။

ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဆောင်မှာ ဟင်းကြော်အိုး အသေးလေး
ဝယ်ထားဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နေ့တိုင်းဝယ်စားရရင်
မလွယ်ပါဘူး။ ပြီးတော့ တခါတလေ ပျင်းလို့
လျောက်ပြီး ချက်စားချင်လို့ ဝယ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တာပါ။
ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဒီနေ့ကျွန်တော် အသက်ရှင်နေသေးလို့
ဘုရားကို ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော့်ကို
မွေးထုတ်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ မိဘနှစ်ပါးကို ကျေးဇူးတင်
ပါတယ်။ အသက်ရှင်နေထိုင်ခွင့်ပေးထားတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ
ကြီးကို ကျေးဇူးတင်တယ်။ ကျွန်တော့ကို သိသူ၊
မသိသူ၊ မုန်းသူ၊ ချစ်သူ အားလုံးကို
