Saludos estimada comunidad, hoy voy a compartir con ustedes una experiencia interesante que pasó en una escuela donde laboraba, fui testigo de los hechos. El impacto fue tal que me hizo reflexionar sobre algunos aspectos educativos. A pesar de que fue hace algún tiempo, la recuerdo con especial cariño porque nos dejó una gran enseñanza.
Greetings dear community, today I am going to share with you an interesting experience that happened in a school where I worked, I was a witness to the events. The impact it caused made me reflect on some educational aspects. Although it was some time ago, I remember it with special affection because it left us a great lesson.

Raúl entró al aula y recogió un pedazo de madera que estaba en el piso, la maestra lo miró sorprendida y apenada, seguidamente, los chicos hicieron lo propio. Saludó con mucha cordialidad, tropezó a propósito con un pupitre para capturar la atención de los niños, la tablita cayó al suelo. Un infante la recogió y se la entregó y, sin pensarlo dos veces, empezó a cantar, al tiempo que aplaudía para lograr el ritmo.

Los niños del tercer grado estaban extasiados y concentrados en aquella actividad improvisada. Fue realmente impresionante como un ambiente caótico cambió en minutos, las sonrisas de los pequeños se impregnaron en todo el lugar, aunque desconocían el tema musical se lo estaban aprendiendo para servir de coro. Rato después, el silencio y la tranquilidad caracterizaban la escena escolar. La maestra miraba todo lo acontecido y estaba complacida. En sus ojos ahora había una fuerte convicción, pudo determinar que a su alcance tenía herramientas para afrontar situaciones de este tipo. Agradeció a Raúl lo que hizo y éste, satisfecho, se marchó a realizar otras labores dentro del plantel.

Raúl López was the pedagogical companion of the U.E. "Estanislao Rendón" went to visit that Tuesday, since he had to review the Learning Projects. The doorman received him very well, he began to walk through the corridors of the school, there he noticed that in a room there were shouts, noises and gestures of little taste. Then he decided to get closer and could see an overwhelmed and dazed teacher, she was not in control of the class. She was cornered not knowing what to do, the students left no room to try to normalize that scenario.
Raúl entered the classroom and picked up a piece of wood that was on the floor, the teacher looked at him surprised and embarrassed, then the boys did the same. He greeted very cordially, deliberately bumped into a desk to capture the children's attention, the board fell to the ground. An infant picked it up and handed it to him and, without thinking twice, began to sing, clapping his hands to get the rhythm.

The third graders were ecstatic and focused on this impromptu activity. It was really impressive how a chaotic atmosphere changed in minutes, the smiles of the little ones permeated the whole place, although they did not know the musical theme, they were learning it to serve as a choir. A while later, silence and tranquility characterized the school scene. The teacher looked at everything that happened and was pleased. In his eyes now there was a strong conviction, he was able to determine that at his disposal he had tools to face situations of this type. He thanked Raúl for what he did and the latter, satisfied, left to carry out other tasks within the campus.
El tiempo siguió su curso con total normalidad, el panorama en la escuela había mejorado. Pasados unos tres meses, Raúl volvió al recinto académico para darle continuidad a su trabajo. Pasillos alegres, espacio aseado, personal amable y frescura en el ambiente, le gustó todo lo que podía percibir. De pronto, algo inusual llamó su atención, se escuchaba una algarabía, quedó impresionado cuando se dio cuenta de que el sonido venía del último salón, era la misma sección de tercer grado que había atendido anteriormente. La docente no podía calmar a los niños, la mayoría de los educandos estaban amontonados sobre ella, en igual o peor condición que la primera vez.
El profesor López entró y saludó con cariño, llamó a la docente y, en voz baja, le preguntó: ¿Qué pasó? La maestra le contestó que la aseadora se llevó el pedazo de madera y lo botó, puesto para ella solo era basura.
The weather continued its course with total normality, the panorama in the school had improved. After about three months, Raúl returned to the academic campus to continue his work. Cheerful corridors, clean space, friendly staff and freshness in the environment, he liked everything he could perceive. Suddenly, something unusual caught his attention, a hubbub could be heard, he was impressed when he realized that the sound came from the last classroom, it was the same third grade section that he had previously attended. The teacher could not calm the children, most of the students were piled on top of her, in the same or worse condition than the first time.
Professor López entered and greeted with affection, called the teacher and, in a low voice, asked her: What happened? The teacher replied that the cleaner took the piece of wood and threw it away, because for her it was just garbage.
Como docentes debemos crear situaciones de aprendizajes idóneas para que los estudiantes aprendan, cada uno tiene su ritmo y su proceso, de allí que fijarse en las individualidades sea capital. Asimismo, debemos adaptar las estrategias al grupo escolar, revisar nuestra práctica constantemente y desechar aquello que no funcione. Con anécdotas como esta confirmo que tenemos diferentes visiones, lo que es útil para algunas personas, puede ser inservible para otras. Además, no tengo dudas, de que el juego y la diversión son necesarios dentro del contexto académico, en nuestras manos está modificar realidades e, influir, beneficiosamente, en la formación de los ciudadanos del mañana. Educar es poner el corazón en el aula, es entregarse por completo a esta noble profesión. Si lo hacemos con amor y dedicación, las recompensas serán invaluables.
As teachers we must create ideal learning situations for students to learn, each one has their own rhythm and process, hence paying attention to individualities is essential. Likewise, we must adapt the strategies to the school group, review our practice constantly and discard what does not work. With anecdotes like this I confirm that we have different visions, what is useful for some people, may be useless for others. In addition, I have no doubt that play and fun are necessary within the academic context, it is in our hands to modify realities and influence, beneficially, the formation of tomorrow's citizens. To educate is to put the heart in the classroom, it is to give oneself completely to this noble profession. If we do it with love and dedication, the rewards will be invaluable.
