Contest 9: Your Favorite Documentary(s)!

Documentary films have been gaining popularity over the past few decades. This visual medium is great for carrying information with much accuracy in some regards. For example, before the film was a thing, any non-fiction book had to illustrate a point, a place, an artwork, etc. as detailed as they could by relating the said object the reader might know, however, this process also had to rely on the reader's perspective and prior knowledge on the subject. Even then the reader would fail to visualize. With the invention of Cinema and subsequently documentary films, this barrier was lifted suddenly. Today, documentaries are one of the most successful and engaging ways to spread information. Even some auteurs make them too (with their unique artistic sense of course).

Do you watch documentaries? Do you love them?
Now is the time to show how au fait you are with the genre!

Write about your most favorite documentary(s)!
