Neighbors is an American comedy party movie released in 2014 and was directed by Nicholas Stoller and co- written by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O'Brien. The stars actor were Seth Rogen and Zac Efron.
The movie talks about a couple that came into conflict with a fraternity that moved in next door to them, the leads to a war, an all out war between the parties.
Here, Mac and his wife Kelly were settling down to a new life with their daughter, Stella. Their new status as parents makes it difficult for them to still keep to their old lifestyle which keeps them away from their friends Jimmy and his wife, his ex-wife, Paula.
A fraternity, the Delta Psi Beta who are very notorious for their pronounced parties happened to move in next door to the couples. By trying to throw an extravagant end of the year party, the two leaders of the fraternity, Teddy and Pete were aspiring to join the fraternity's Hall of Fame.
Since this outrageous party will affect the couple, the Radner family asked the fraternity to keep their noise down. To kind of get them to calm down, Teddy invites the Radners to join in the party. During this period, Kelly met with Teddy's girlfriend and Teddy in turn showed Radner to his bedroom filled with load of fireworks and also a box, a breaker box that controls the power supply to the house.Teddy agrees to keep the noise low but also made the Radners agree to call him instead of the police.
The next day, the fraternity were partying as usual and Stella, the Radner's infant was finding is hard to sleep and Mac was unable to reach teddy, his wife asked him to call in the police albeit as an anonymous individual. But when the officer made Kelly to know they did call the police.
This made the Teddy to lead the fraternity against the Radners as he felt he had been betrayed by them. During one of the attacks, the fraternity dumped their refuse on the lawn of the Radners and their little daughter, Stella almost devoured an unused condom.
The Radners then reported to the Dean of the college, Carol but she let them know the school has a policy, of waiting fo three strikes before they could come in to the matter.
The first strike of the fraternity was to burn down their old home. After this fails to make the fraternity leave, Kelly deceived Pete and Brooke into having sex and Teddy led by Mac, caught them. Due to this, Kelly and Pete started fight and a professor who happened to be passing by got injured by a barbecue grill. This second strike placed the fraternity on probation and their party plan was eventually put to an end.
Still trying to shut down the fraternity completely, the Radners asked for the help of who was jealous that his ex-wife Paula was sleeping with on of the fraternity members known as Scoonie.They hired Assjuice to match up Teddy and to put his threats of retaliation on recording. Unfortunately for the Radners, Teddy was kind to Assjuice and he(Assjuice) in return revealed that he had been hired by the Radners. This made Teddy to play a prank on the Radners so as to his revenge, using airbags.
Subsequently, the witty and determined Radners sent Teddy a dummy letter which says the probation on the fraternity has been lifted.
This made the fraternity to carry on with their earlier plan of fixing an end of the year party. The Radners help in publicizing the party to make sure it blow out of control. When the party started off and was already warmed up, the Radners signalled the police but Teddy somehow knew about it and he had to call of the party before the police could get to the scene.
In other to keep Teddy distracted, the desperate Jimmy threw himself off Teddy's balcony, Kelly sneaked into his bedroom while Mac was fighting him just so he could hold him off.
But Kelly was unable to open the breaker box so she could resume the party and get officer Watkins alerted. She retorted to shooting a firework at his patrol vehicle. Jimmy's ex-wife was able to convince Scoonie to turn on the power which will restart the partying and then she reunites with her ex-husband, Jimmy.
When the party recommences, Teddy took responsibility and made all other members of the Delta Psi fraternity to run away and he was arrested. The fraternity got shot down.
Months later, Mac Radner happen to run into Teddy who now works at a greeter. They exchange courtesies and Teddy told Mac he was trying to round up his degree by attending night classes.
Jimmy and Paula gave the Radners a call, inviting them to a party which of course due to their dedication to their new parental role, they declined.

I really felt i should be among the freaky frats! I have a whole lot of pranks up my head to play at the Radners.
Such a freewill party, loud and so captivating. It was just unfortunate for the Radners to be nestling nearby.
