CineTv Contest ||Say Hello to my favorite animated film

When it comes to animated films I just can't get enough. Maybe it's because of their incredible style of art or the intriguing storyline or simply because I just love a good animation.

My favorite animated film for this contest is the little mermaid and Mulan.

  • The little mermaid is a story that focuses on a young mermaid who seeks to adventure into a world above the waters. A place she and every other mermaid and Mer persons are prohibited from going.
In the end, she defies all odds and her father's warnings. And in this new world, she finds love happiness, and a new future.

The little mermaid is a Disney production and features a lot of groovy musical numbers. Like under the sea which is a golden melody to my ears.

Although the main character is Ariel, my favorite character is without a doubt Sebastian, the musical Maestro and the king's right-hand man.

My favorite part of this film was watching Sebastian try to stop Ariel from acting on her every impulse, despite his small and fragile nature.

The little mermaid film comes in three parts, with each one more intriguing than the other.

Fun Fact: A live adaptation of the little mermaid is in the works. And personally, I am excited to see how it all ends.

Next on the list is Mulan.

  • Mulan
Mulan is a story about a girl who comes from a family where she is the only child. During the war, the people of her town were mandated by the king to produce one man from their family to assist in the war. But because her family had no son, her father stepped in to take the spot and accepted the invitation letter.
Mulan was very unhappy at the turn of events, knowing that her father was weak and old and would not survive a day in war, she stole his invite letter, and ran off to war with her father's armor and weapons pretending to be a man.

Mulan is also a Disney production and features incredible musical numbers. And just like the little mermaid. It has a side character that steadily shines brighter than the main character. And this character goes by the name Mushu the dragon. He is my favorite character in this animated film.
And what I love about this movie/ film is the journey and the intensive training it took for Mulan to finally become a man even though she is a woman.
But the fun fact here is that she never became a man, instead, she stopped trying to be a man and fought like a woman with the strength and skills of a thousand men.

The little mermaid and Mulan animated films are both Disney classics, with an extraordinary package that thrills, entertains, and gives reason.
