SALMON ROLLS WITH CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 slices of smoked salmon
1 box of caviar
4 small cheeses
2 tablespoons of cream
grated horseradish
lemon
pepper

Work the cheeses until you get a creamy mixture, then add two spoonfuls of liquid cream and plenty of grated horseradish; mix everything, then dilute with a few drops of lemon juice and flavor with black pepper.
Spread the salmon slices well and place a spoonful of cream on each; prepare all the slices in this way, then roll them up to form rolls and arrange them on a serving dish.
Finally garnish with a slice of lemon, sprinkle with caviar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
