Healthy yummy crepe breakfast for bulk or fat loss!

Hey everyone! Breakfast is one of if not the most important meal of the day for me. It is the meal that fuel your energy to start your day energized and feeling good to go. So today I am gonna be sharing of the most frequent breakfasts that I eat and we are going to see why as well!

So to start with the ingredients we are going to have a bulk and fat loss version. In a blender mix the following:

-1.5 cup for milk

-1 banana

-1 cup of all purpose flour

-1 cup of oats

-2 eggs

If your goal is to lose weight you can simply remove the flour. The mix should look something like this.

So after spreading the mix in a pan, when the mix get a bit hard and well done on both sides, I like to spread some peanut butter in there while on heat to make it melt and spread it all over.

"Peanut butter.jpeg" And next, after taking the crepe of the pan I like to fill it with some caramelized apples,1/3 a **banana **(because the mix will make you 3 crepes and if it made 4 use 1/4 banana in each one) and of course the honey from the beehive!

You can add whatever you want inside like biscoff cookies butter, chocolate depends on what you desire or love! For fat loss purpose you can simply remove the caramelized apples and add whatever you want that fits your goal or simply not add anything it still tastes yummy!

Finally, you just wrap the crepes in half and enjoy this yummy taste in your mouth!

So as you can see, simple, yummy excellent for bulking for the people out there trying to gain muscles and also good for fat loss and very versatile as it can be tweaked however you want to your liking!
