Ingredients
1 carrot
1 cauliflower
1 small bowl of peas
100 gms methi
100 gms Palak
1 potato
1 onion
1 tomato
salt
red chilli powder
turmeric powder
coriander powder
wheat flour
Method
Step 1: heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion to the pan and cook until light brown.
Step 2: Now add finely chopped tomato, all other vegetables cut into small pieces and mix well.
Step 3: add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well and cook until all vegetables become soft. Turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.
Step 4: take 2 small bowls of wheat flour. Add the cooked vegetables to the flour and knees to a fine dough.
Step 5: make small balls of the dough and flatten to form breads.
Step 6: cook these like paranthas using ghee.
Step 7: Serve hot with achaar, curd.
