Hi, this is my daily meal example as part of the #Dukan diet:
That's my favorite and original recipe 😁
I use plain tofu which I cut into large cubes, then I grill it in a wok with a little grape seed oil and soy sauce.
It takes on the appearance and texture of grilled chicken breast.
Then I add canned green beans, spices and let heat over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Of course you eat also the piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.
It is a meal extremely low in lipids and carbohydrates, rich in proteins and dietary fibers.
Perfect for #Dukan diet.
