Hi, this is my daily meal example as part of the #Dukan diet:
We have two wild salmon backs grilled in the pan, without turning them over, the grilled side (not visible) still has its skin.
A mixture of finely chopped vegetables cooked in a wok: leeks, fennel, onions, yellow peppers and a little carrot.
And a piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran. (I will give the recipe on demand)
It is a meal low in lipids and carbohydrates, rich in proteins and dietary fibers.
Perfect for #Dukan diet.

I must report that my goal for this diet has been reached, I lost 10kg in 2 months. However, I continue to support my wife who also wanted to start a diet, and I allow myself supplements such as fruit or dessert.
