Hi, this is my daily meal example as part of the #Dukan diet:
A boneless, defatted pork rib cooked in a pan, with aromatic herbs,
Chard ribs cooked in a wok, with aromatic herbs,
A piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.
It is a meal extremely low in lipids and carbohydrates, rich in proteins and dietary fibers.
Perfect for #Dukan diet.
