Hello everyone! How's the weather out there? We're experiencing heavy rains these days due to coming low pressure. Well, it's not only one, the Weather Newscast says that we have 3 coming and they're tailing each other! Better stay at home and be safe! It's good that we have veggies in our ref which prompted me to prepare veggies again! It's a crime to let those nutritious veggies rot when all the commodities in the market are skyrocketing! My daughter wants to eat a lot of veggies for her lactating 4-month old baby so I see to it that she's well supplied with the necessary nutrients for them both. Here's my preparation:

Veggiess Overload with Ground Meat

1/2 kilo ground meat
• Broccoli
• Baguio Beans
• Chayote
• Carrots
• Bell peppers
• Mushrooms
• Young Corns
• black pepper
• Knorr
• Salt and Seasoning to taste.

Wash and drain the ground meat on a strainer.

Sauté the ground meat with onions and garlic, stirring occasionally, then cover. Let it simmer to let the flavor of the meat ooze out naturally. Next, add a cup of water and stir. Add salt and seasonings to taste before adding the vegetables.

Once the ground meat becomes tender, you may add the Baguio beans and broccoli stalk, young corn and mushroom then stir for at least 30 seconds.

Add the chayote, broccoli, carrots and bell peppers right thereafter. Cover and simmer for a minute only. The veggies should be half cooked only to maintain it's crispiness. Do not add water. The steam will do the cooking while it is covered. This is in contrast to Chopsuey wherein you need to put some amount of water for the gravy.
