My personalized HIVE MUG!!!
I woke up earlier than usual and started my day with my hot milk tea in my favorite Hive Mug!
My restaurant is normally closed for lunch and we are opened mainly for diner...
Only if...
Only if I have a reservation, then the team will be there to cater for our guests.
Am just back home after the lunch service we had earlier - We had 22 Chicken Rounders on order that I went to deliver...
I must say we completed this task in 2 hours...cooking and delivering! And now I am back home for some rest then ready again for diner service!
Below is the place I went to deliver the food...at my niece work place at Medine found on the West coast of the island - it is like 30 minutes drive from my house.
I came back home around noon and was feeling quite hungry...
And what was on the lunch table!?
BEEF TAJINE WITH SWEET POTATO!
I love tajines, specially when prepared by my wife - and this one is among my favorite...
We don't get sweet potatoes whole year round here...and right now it's the season!
So my wife made a yummy tajine with beef and sweet potato for us today!
There were also plums, carrots, tomatoes, peas and gourd in the tajine...and the beef pieces are just at the bottom, all covered with lovely vegetables...
I enjoyed mine with some homemade batbout bread...it was very yummy!
Now after lunch...time to relax a bit then quickly it will be tea time and my daughter will be back from school.
I'll spend some time with the kids before taking back the road and go to work for diner service!
