Hiiii! It rained a lot last Tuesday. And I was out that day too. It rained almost all day. That's why I feel a little sick. But I will get better soon.
I'm here today to share the ninth post in my restaurant review series. If you like to visit the old streets of Istanbul and need a break, I think the restaurant I will talk about today is just for that.
Şişhane metro station has several different exits. One of these exits leads to the streets around the Galata Tower. Istanbul is a city with a long history and the design of the streets dating from the Byzantine period is a little different. Streets are quite narrow. These streets have a palpable historical texture. But transportation here is a bit difficult. Walking these streets is a bit tiring.
I saw something like this while wandering the streets. Under normal conditions, they do not allow such images to occur. And they prune the trees. Unfortunately, in my country they kill plants when trying to prune them. People around here are pretty ignorant about pruning trees.
After this wonderful view, I would like to talk about the restaurant where I took a break for a meal. The restaurant is located in Taksim. It is very close to the exit of Şişhane metro station to Istiklal Street. It's called "Food Hall".
This is a 3 storey restaurant. There is also a terrace on the top floor. There is such a big gorilla statue inside the restaurant. I wanted to share this as it caught my attention.
This is the general view of our table. All three of my friends ordered Mac & Cheese. Unlike them, I ordered Chicken Burrito Bowl. The dishes on our table have a colorful display.
This is how Mac & Cheese is presented. It is served in such small pans. It has extra grated Parmesan cheese on it. Actually, I ate some of my friends' food too. It had a good taste. But I don't think it's a dish that everyone will like. It had a lot of cheese flavor.
This is the Chicken Burrito Bowl I ordered. Frankly, I didn't like the chicken very much. It didn't taste delicious to me. But other than that everything was delicious. Especially jasmine rice and mexican beans were my favourites. They had a unique flavor.
I like the restaurant in general. It was clean and the waiters were concerned. Some waiters even chatted with us. I think it was fun. Food was served hot and was quite tasty. I would also like to remind you that there are many different options on the menu. My rating for this beautiful restaurant is 9/10.

Selammmm! Geçtiğimiz salı günü çok fazla yağmur yağdı. Ve ben de o gün dışarıdaydım. Neredeyse tüm gün yağmur yağdı. Bu yüzden biraz hasta hissediyorum. Ama en kısa sürede iyileşeceğim.
Bugün restoran incelemesi serimin dokuzuncu yazısını paylaşmak için buradayım. Eğer İstanbul'un eski sokaklarını gezmeyi seviyorsanız ve mola vermeye ihtiyaç duyarsanız bence bugün bahsedeceğim restoran tam da bunun için.
Şişhane metro istasyonunun birkaç farklı çıkışı var. Bu çıkışlardan biri de Galata Kulesi'nin etrafındaki sokaklara çıkıyor. İstanbul uzunca tarihi olan bir kent ve Bizans döneminden kalma sokakların tasarımı biraz farklı. Sokak araları oldukça dar. Bu sokakların hissedilir bir tarihi dokusu var. Ama buralarda ulaşım biraz zor. Bu sokaklarda yürümek biraz yorucu.
Sokaklarda dolaşırken böyle bir şey gördüm. Normal şartlarda bu tarz görüntülerin oluşmasına izin vermezler. Ve ağaçları budarlar. Ne yazık ki, ülkemde bitkileri budamaya çalışırken bitkileri öldürüyorlar. Buralarda insanlar ağaçları budama konusunda oldukça bilgisiz.
Bu harika görüntüden sonra biraz da yemek için mola verdiğim restorandan bahsetmek istiyorum. Restoran konum olarak Taksim'de. Şişhane metro istasyonunun İstiklal Caddesi'ne olan çıkışına çok yakın. İsmi "Food Hall".
Burası 3 katlı bir restoran. En üst katta teras da var. Restoranın içinde böyle büyük bir goril heykeli var. Dikkatimi çektiği için bunu da paylaşmak istedim.
Bu masamızın genel görüntüsü. Üç arkadaşım da Mac & Cheese sipariş etti. Ben ise onlardan farklı olarak Chicken Burrito Bowl sipariş ettim. Masamızdaki yemeklerin renkli bir görüntüsü var.
Bu Mac & Cheese'in sunum şekli. Böyle küçük tavalarda servis ediliyor. Üzerinde ekstradan rendelenmiş parmesan peyniri var. Aslında ben de arkadaşlarımın yemeğinden biraz yedim. Güzel bir tadı vardı. Ama bence herkesin beğeneceği bir yemek değil. Çok fazla peynir tadı vardı.
Bu da benim sipariş ettiğim Chicken Burrito Bowl. Açıkçası tavuğu çok beğenmedim. Bana lezzetli gelmedi. Ama onun haricindeki her şey çok lezzetliydi. Özellikle yasemin pilavı ve meksika fasulyesi favorimdi. Kendilerine has bir lezzetleri vardı.
Restoranı genel olarak beğendim. Temizdi ve çalışan garsonlar ilgiliydi. Hatta bazı garsonlar bizimle sohbet de etti. Bence keyifliydi. Yemekler sıcak servis edildi ve oldukça lezzetliydi. Ayrıca menüde birçok farklı seçeneğin de mevcut olduğunu hatırlatmak isterim. Bu güzel restorana puanım 9/10.
